  1. These weren't notes on his summer vacation. They were work products documenting private conversations with the President. He admitted he did it to encourage an investigation once he was a "private citizen"...Classified or not, they weren't his to release at that point. They were the FBI's. He doesn't have copies now because he turned them over to the special prosecutor.

  2. In Central New York, we were just forced to get the boxes with the promise that it would free up bandwidth for upgraded internet speeds. The upgrades were supposed to happen in June. It looks like we are double screwed... we get to pay for the boxes after the first year and will probably never see the speed increases...

People with lots of money have unique challenges: Who do you trust? Taxes become problematic. Gold diggers. How do you raise kids without spoiling them?

I remember someone from school that came into a bunch of money. The problem was that she wanted to travel all over the world at a moments notice and all of her "old" friends were busy going to school, working and doing stuff to make ends meet. She basically had to find new friends that were rich and also had nothing to do so they could pal around the world together.

What a useless statement. An astrophysicist might have had a difficult time setting his VCR to record All My Children while he was away at work. Just because someone is an expert in one field doesn't make them all-knowing.

I agree with you and I've asked this question. However, the answer I get back from our lawyers is that Microsoft provides the target for lawsuits if something is wrong with Windows. We (large Aerospace company) become the target for lawsuits if there is a problem with the Open Source stuff that has no company behind it.

I understand the artwork is copyrighted.

I understand I need a licence to copy/use the artwork.

The thing I'm missing is this:

If the MPL does NOT give me a license to copy/use the artwork, then what DOES???

What license does ANYONE have to download/copy/use the artwork?

It seems to me that when you download the source - the artwork is included - it is part of the source - you can't build a "Firefox" without it- so it should be covered by the MPL.
