Which is why my outgoing voicemail message includes a list of all of the major disasters from the last decade. Just in case somebody from the past decides to call me.
Pay attention to the bottom of the takedown request:
The information in all notifications submitted through the Program will be accurate, and I swear, under penalty of perjury, that with respect to those notifications, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Fuck that "it was an accident" argument, and prosecute them for perjury.
That allegation, as I understand it, is that after having had protected sex with the lady the evening before, she woke up in the morning to discover him having unprotected sex with her.
Unless you believe that the consent to protected sex from the night before includes consent to unprotected sex the next morning, he was having sex with her without her consent. Therefore it would be rape.
Perhaps, but as he would have to leave the embassy and make it to Buckingham Palace to present those credentials, and he'll be arrested the moment he sets foot on the pavement, it won't ever reach the point where his credentials are refused.
Yes, it was rape, unless you believe that consenting once to having protected sex means that you've automatically consented to having unprotected sex in the future.
“penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”
It looks to me as if he went for an HDR treatment of the image, which would also explain the alleged 3 RAW files in it - if he used the same RAW each time but with an altered exposure level to get the dynamic range he wanted.
Aah. Every story i've read (and I haven't paid that much attention to this beyond making sure I wasn't infected), has oversimplified it to "The FBI took over the running of the DNS servers".
I stand corrected on that point, my apologies.
I entirely stand by the "they should just have let the infectees internet access die so they're forced to fix their problems and learn about the importance of security" part of my comment though:)
... the victims would have noticed that their internet was cut off, and had to take steps to fix the problem then and there.
But presumably somebody at the FBI realised that they could collect all that lovely data on where everybody was going on the internet, and all without the need for a single warrant
Yes, because if there's one thing that Peter Capaldi is known for, it's his habit of never, ever, shouting

In order to qualify for diplomatic immunity, you have to present your credentials to the host country and have them accepted.
I expect the British government would absolutely love for Assange to try that, as he'd have to come out the embassy to do it.
The FBI would consider it rape

You can't betray your basic principles. What MIT have done is revealed that they have been lying about what their basic principles are.
Apparently, UserStyles is facilitating massive copyright infringement.

For further context, they were making a repetitive joke
No, actually they took the bins out after the IRA bombings during the troubles, because the IRA did use bins to hide them
