When a user tells me a machine crashed, and it's only happened once, they've been using the machine for a year, I explain that is a better then average track record, and they want it fixed.

This is a company producing a product that will likely not have an effect.

To me, this is a product that if it does turn out to be real, and function, that I can present to my managers and them to those above them, because it will not only bring us in to the Linux world as a corporate entity, but not have to purchase/retrain employees that use Windows apps, and not waste licenses we currently own for Windows apps.

While this may not affect you, in the corporate world it takes baby steps to get anywhere. If you take a big step, then people act like babies.

I sent a longer, nastier, more descriptive e-mail, a week letter I recieved a note saying the funds were retrieved and credited to my credit card.

I got my money back and I'm happy, and this was a scam, but........ they violated the terms they provide to sellers by pulling the money from their account well after 7-8 weeks from the transaction date.

sometimes the buyer needs protection, which I got, but at the cost of PayPal violating the rights of the seller.

I'm glad i got my money back, but I would never SELL anything with paypal.
