What's down? The prediction was, by the end of 2017 it was going to be $10k. It's over $13k. Just because there was a spike of $19k+, doesn't mean it's "down" lol. I guess nobody has been paying attention. At the turn of 2017, it was just over $1,000. At the turn of 2018, it's over $13k. Wow, what a "tumble".
I haven't paid for cable TV in YEARS (we're talking 8+ years here).
Netflix works just fine for me. People need to find more hobbies and worry about other crap than just TV.
I think it was videogames and just TV in general before that.
I'll agree that kids nowadays need to get away from tech sometimes to learn actual life skills. But that's on the parents, too. Sooo, who/what is really to blame? I'd say the "adults" that are in charge. It's like everyone wants to blame inanimate objects and everything BUT the people, who seem to be the real culprit of flawed social upbringing (duh???).
Does MS realize that infection/breach through macros is NOT a new/unknown/zero day thing? That's why the "Protected View" is in place in the first place..........Yes, the protection is in place....But it doesn't mean that a user isn't going to deliberately ignore any warnings just because, "idk I just thought it was a document from my friend and didn't think about it". That shit happens all the time! This is now a known exploit. I mean, seriously, go fix the issue MS.
But, I think it's hilarious when someone talks bad about someone else, and they somehow have the right to get money over it.
My philosophy (not saying this John Oliver is correct, BTW...again, didn't see it): If you're a piece of shit, you're a piece of shit. If someone calls you out on it, and you throw a tantrum instead of looking at yourself to fix the ACTUAL issue, you're now a WHINY piece of shit.
Sorry - wait no, not sorry.
If I'm being completely honest, I didn't even know that lol. I'm just looking at the story and thinking, "dude, this is not how the games went." Like, I was expecting them to start with a certain perspective with certain characters, then in other sequels, move on to an entirely different perspective with different characters.
But, I do see your point. That does seem like a pretty biased way to create these films.
I liked the first couple in the series. But, I wish they'd make the movies like the first couple games were...Regular cops/people trying to fight an epidemic that some lab created, fighting through it by scavenging and solving puzzles/riddles. I know that's all video game-esque stuff. But, that's why most of us loved it when Resident Evil first released as a movie, I think.
I really hope they produce a new take on the movie with a different story. This drawn out plot has gone, and has been, pretty stale since like the third movie came out. I want a new plot, a different perspective at the least. That's what these damn games were built on! "Play through this perspective, and it's on to the next in the next game". All Hollywood did with the last set of movies was play on our nostalgia...and then did basically nothing new with it over several movies.
...That we live in. Someone calls a company out for cutting corners, who tells people they use high quality meats and it's not even real meat. What do they have to say? "We're gonna sue you! waaahhh! It affected our sales!!!!" I mean, anybody with any real sense and dignity would realize what they're doing wrong and correct it. Of course it affected your sales! That's your fault for using fake products!
Bitch ass Subway, go screw yourself. I already knew your meat was sub-par just by eating it and decided to go elsewhere a LONG time ago.
I'm with ya. When they were both running and now, I still have the same opinion. Neither of these douchenozzles deserved to be up there running as the public face of the US. I don't know how many times I said, before the election, "Man, I don't know who I want to vote for...Both of these people are unfit corrupted assholes".
I didn't vote for either of them in the end, and I'm proud to admit that fact in public. Say what you want, I didn't have to vote for them and I took that right and went with it. I knew that both of them would fuck our country up even more than it was already. At least I can say, without guilt, "I didn't vote for them".
I did, I saw, still confused.
I have never heard anyone refer to "things given away for free" as 'schwag'. I've heard swag plenty of times, but that typically refers to clothing/apparel given away for free.
I bought GO a while back, have played it maybe a couple hours total?
1.6 was where it was at, and still is. I play 1.6 way more than GO will ever get my attention.
Not only that, but the fact that seemingly every time there's some kind of Windows update, Windows changes it's default PDF handling application to Edge as well. Like, really? Fix that shit!

"I'm distracted by my phone. So, here's a book I wrote on, 'How not to be distracted by your phone'.........Buy it maybe?"

Wrong. I bought it shortly after launch. I still play it, and will continue to play it. All I hear is whining. Go play CoD.
REALLY?

Do it.....Not sure how this wasn't already thought of. Definitely should have been in place already, that's for sure.

Did you say "prize money and schwag"? Uh, what
Put a headline out there that states how many people prescription drug addiction has killed. Will the FDA do anything about that? Nope.
Youtube has commercials and kids are constantly watching shit on there.
