Didn't you get the memo? Anyone who doesn't agree with every single thing President Obama says and does has to be racist. There is no other explanation. Nothing else matters.
That depends on the beer. While 25 or 30 years would be extreme, a high gravity barleywine for example can benefit from five or ten years of aging. It will become a lot more port or sherry-like. I have bottles of a very strong barleywine I made about 12 years ago and it's still incredible. It's changed quite a bit but it is fantastic. I don't know what it would be like after a couple of decades but I'm pretty sure it will still be drinkable. Sealing the caps with wax helps as it keeps oxygen from creeping in. Oxidation is the primary reason why older bottles of beer taste bad.
It says a relatively young cluster of stars. That doesn't mean that some members of the cluster aren't old enough to have gone nova. Also, larger hotter stars (than the Sun) don't stay in the main sequence nearly as long, so it's possible that some were just under the threshold to become neutron stars. There is no contradiction there.
Most beer shouldn't be ice cold to begin with. Good beer at least. I agree with your sentiments about the mass market fizzy piss they call beer though.
Because encouraging kids to lie to their parents is a good thing. Causing family stress is a good thing. What a stupid idea. Kids lie enough and cause enough stress as it is.
I've been doing things this way for 20 years and there has been no problems. I know what I am doing. Stop wasting my time kid. </old manager simulation>
That almost never happens, partially because I'm not a kid (late 40's) and partially because their employer is paying gobs of money for my time as a security engineer/consultant.
64 bitness was never about performance. It was always about larger address space. The fact that in some cases there is a performance increase is just a bonus.
According to my brother who was there with the 101st Airborne Division, the Kurds were delighted, at least the ones he met. They showered them with gifts of food, tea, etc.
There is a 'Public Safety' exemption recognized by the courts that allows certain types of questioning without Miranda rights being read. There is no chance it will get thrown out, whatever they learn.
They did it because they wanted to catch him by surprise while he is injured and find out if anyone else is out there who might act.
Terrorists don't always make demands or take credit, or make threats for that matter. The idea is to cause terror. It doesn't matter why they did it, it was an act of terrorism whether they were doing it for ideological reasons or just because they were crazy, or evil.
I agree, but unfortunately Massachusetts doesn't have the death penalty. There is a chance that he could get sentenced to death under Federal laws however, if they go to trial in a Federal court.
Animals like that should be put down just like any other defective animal. They lost the right to be considered human by their actions, so let's just euthanize him and move on.
Your idea is just not feasible, for a lot of reasons people have tried to point out to you and that I won't bother repeating since you seem to keep ignoring them. It is a quaint and novel idea that might have a place in soft science fiction but for all those reasons already pointed out it just isn't workable based on our current understanding of physics, and isn't likely to be workable even in the far future.
Netware 3.12 was quite secure and rock solid. It did one thing (file and print serving) very, very well. It's a testament to good software design. The fact that you make light of it probably indicates that you were not in the IT field back then and have no sense of perspective. I wasn't a huge Netware fan, being more of an OS/2 and Unix guy back in the day, but I had a great deal of respect for the product.
Yes, it would be so entertaining to watch police be diverted from actually fighting real crime over a prank. Think about what you said. There is *nothing* funny or entertaining about 'SWATting', regardless of whether you are the one perpetrating it or the target, or just a spectator.
Wrong. The moral thing to do would be to not buy it and not use it at all. If you don't like DRM don't use any DRM'd software. Your stance is just rationalization.
And 'tablet' meant a clay slab you carved writing into at one point. Words and their definitions are fluid. The term 'gamepad' for a tablet device geared towards gaming is perfectly logical.
Not to mention the vast number of companies that buy Dell PC's and servers still, year after year. Margins are low, yes, but the repeat business and volumes involved are nothing to sneeze at.
Oh, no need to be sorry. You didn't upset me at all. You seemed upset so I explained in tiny words what this actually means. I'm sorry if that upset your...well whatever you do in your mother's basement...time:)

These days it's a credit card or a charge card. It stopped being a just charge card years ago.
He's trolling and you bit. It's complete FUD that offline mode doesn't work.
Try to convince an old plant manager he needs vpn. Try to explain to him what one is.
It isn't as hard as you might think. "Do you lock the door to your house? A VPN is like that for your data."
It isn't a great analogy but trust me, it works. I've used it quite a few times.

Just use a VM of whatever OS you choose. Keep the base snapshot patched to current levels, and after someone has used it restore said snapshot.
Or have a separate guest SSID for wireless and tell them to bring their own damn computer :)

People could also stop responding to any and all APK posts, real or forged.

In which case the application in question is also the OS.
YHBT. YHL. HAND.
