I have no music in my shared directory I share/var/cache/apt/archives, currently 200 MB in 350 pieces of open source software. Good luck nailing me on that.
Our tech person actually said that don't care what we do as long as they don't get any letters about us from the RIAA/MPAA attack dogs. So I got the file sharing type stuff running but it is restricted to the college's domain.
You can also say that on the other end of the deal. Many ISPs limit their customers by bandwidth usage and/or time spent online. Loading those ads uses bandwidth and wastes time. Personally I noticed a 10% drop in bandwidth usage after disabling flash, java, pop-ups, and using the image controls in mozilla.
Come one name the thing Newt. Newt is a small lizard, mozilla.... well you get the idea.
I have a script that moves the flash plugins in and out of the mozilla plugin directory
What I can't figure out is whether or not these are the same projects now!
Of course since glibc 2.3.1 killed the folding@home client....
well atleast that comment got modded down (along with the original post)
Of course how can I be redundant if I pointed that out first? Overrated maybe, but redundant?
Let's see now, my serious comments get labled trolls and my stupid comments make 5. What is wrong with that?
echo echo echo
and I'll just modify mozilla to fake it
Or I'll modify mozilla to serve up a different site

I already set GTK-Gnutella to run on port 80.

Taiwan's decision is right for all the wrong reasons. They are just going to use that as a bargining chip for more arms or something, I guarantee it.
I'm boycotting right now the RIAA right now, but then of my 20 or so audio cds only 2 are made by members.
Someone here at MTU runs a similar thing, I have yet to hear of s/he getting in trouble.
I scanned the ResNet here for NFS servers and haven't gotten in trouble either.
I can just see it: "but I wasnt using technology to block the ads, I was using the lack of technology."
It doesn't stop lynx :) although with images turned off in Mozilla, it will crash Mozilla.

(this could be an interesting debate...)
Thats cause I post a message on their message board about it.
maybe because they don't like palladium either?
the M16A2 has no full auto mode, it is single-shot or burst.
It is profitable only because it is so cheap to do. If a spammer sends out 1 million messages and 1 person buys something he is making a profit!
Civilian Operators? Heck if you know the right people you could borrow one from the military.
I sent AMD an email asking which lines of processors will contain that. I hope they get back to me and say that Hammer will not contain it.
Okay if both Intel and AMD are going to support Paladnium, what other processors are good?
It was searching for the illegal type of hacking that landed me in his Hacker HOWTO guide and got me into Linux.
Where are all these fat pasty geeks I keep hearing about? Most I see are scrawny as hell. Yeah okay, so they're pasty,
Same idea here, all the geeks I know are on the skinny side
but they could carry a M16(crap, just try to KEEP a geek away from a M16 for Christ's sake).
Duh just check out Geeks With Guns.
