    You know when you're on a date and you go to play a movie, but the sound isn't working and you try to fix it and she walks off around the point you start opening man pages?
    Yeah, I've been there and I don't particularly want to go back.

    If your date involved trying to play a movie on your computer.... you lost her before you even logged into the computer. (unless she's a computer geek, but then, she wouldn't have been frightened by the man page either)

    That algorithm has a few collision attack, wouldn't 356a192b7913b04c54574d18c28d46e6395428ab , da4b9237bacccdf19c0760cab7aec4a8359010b0, 77de68daecd823babbb58edb1c8e14d7106e83bb be more secure?

    Many, if not most public schools actively DISCOURAGE parents from "interfering" with their children's "education".

    My child's kindergarten teacher is thrilled that he is reading at a 1-2 grade level. Around here, parent involvement is greatly encouraged, and unfortunately, not always common.

    The MagSafe adapter has saved me from destroying my computer on a number of occasions

    While I could go on about other reasons I like my mac, this one alone has saved me enough times to justify any alleged cost difference.
