    Nah, that's what the guy standing around with his hands down his pants is for, and around here you don't need the plate (depending on the dist of the hole to the stud).

    There is usually even a handy plug if you'd like to use a quieter electric chainsaw but bring your wire detector with you so you know where to cut.

    Wires are usually ran a foot or so above the floor (less waste for connecting to outlets), just make sure you're not cutting near conjoining walls, or next to doors.

    Well since a gun traditionally refers to cannons then pretty damn effective; assuming your aim is true.
    If you mean a rifle, then I think you'd be okay with a .577 Nitro Express :)

  13. It can be used to alert officials to whenever sex offenders, suspended students, fired employees, suspected gang members, or anyone else placed on a school's "blacklist" enters the premises.

    Shouldn't they also be using this to give an alert for people they haven't identified? Make a field day at the start of each year, and get pictures of all the guardians or some such.

  20. Instead of rebooting, open Process Explorer (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer)
    hit ctrl+f and type in the file name or folder name
    click a result, it'll highlight a file handle in the main window
    right-click on it and select close handle

    The training would include actual guns and shooting eventually.

    Either way, your high school training will increase the popularity of guns (as you surely intend).

    I see nothing wrong with wanting to head to the range or forest for some gun play, and no I don't intend that. I don't own any guns, I do know how to safely handle them though, and I don't care if you/anyone else wants or doesn't want to own guns.

    I'd rather work on getting people to not want to commit suicide, then banning or restricting a tool to do so.

    I'd hope the training includes storing in a case with a trigger lock and no ammo.
    A gun might be easier for suicide, but it's the tool not the cause.

    I suspect you could probably cut that number by half if you got rid of guns.

    I suspect you could cut that number in half with gun handling classes as part of high school.
