    And man is it cool. I haven't found any 40x media in local stores yet (i'd rather not order on line), but I have found 32x and the drive really does burn onto it at 32x. ~2 minutes for a full cd. Fantastic!

    God, how annoying.

    One of the many reasons I left the MS world was shit like this, now they try to bring it to linux?

    I don't give a shit what the legal reasons are, we've been fine without this shit. We don't need it.

    If I download some app which bugs me like this, I will delete it.

    Consider carefully, developers. In the end a user like me doesn't give a shit about the laws, I just don't want bothered by annoying bullshit.

    I haven't been able to load that page yet, but... The coolest thing to me sounds like the transparent hard drive covers.

    I'm guessing you'd have to rent/aquire access to a clean room to pull this one off.

    P.S. - I thought XP's wouldn't do SMP with 2000+ and above? Maybe its just a bridge mod?

    What shits me off is that they are whining at all, I can't even get any sort of broadband outside of sattelite, which is rediculously expensive to install and has bad enough latency to prevent good gaming.

    Shut the fuck up and be happy that you guys can even get broadband.
