    TRUE! I love you ;)

Why can't people accept that this party is the socialist party of america? They believe that they own YOU and that YOU are a slave the government and that government isn't there to protect your rights but to grant them! They believe that ALL wealth is owned by the state and that you the able are compelled to provide for those who are less able or willing.

No you are wrong. You are not free to run your business the way you like because they won't let you hire whom you wish to hire and pay them what you wish to pay for their service. They are socialists pure and simple.

a graduated supplemental income, or a negative income tax, that would maintain all individual adult incomes above the poverty level, regardless of employment or marital status(from green party platform) With things like income redistribution, caps on how much income you can earn and universal healthcare in your party platform it appears that your party is nothing more than a socialist party with a distracting name. Is this the case and if so, why isn't the word socialist more prominent in your party's literature?

This is actually how the free market SHOULD work! There is a need for a service and you have an ability and so do others... so the boss hires the person that will do it for the best quality/price ratio. However now with the minimum wage laws it doesn't work that way. The government now tells employers how much a job is worth.

Last time I checked it was 2004 not 1900's. So what you are saying is that since in your mind Libertarian ideas wouldn't have worked 100 years ago they can't work now right? Tell that to the people in 1776 who said that their form of goverment wouldn't work in Europe but would work if they tried it in America. That lasted a good 150 years before the peopled voted it out in favor of watered down democracy. We weren't a democracy and now we are and sliding towards socialism which is just slavery to the masses. I personally like the idea that I own me and everything I create and all of my ideas.

I look to ONLY my boss for overtime... not the government. No government should have a right to tell my boss what he must pay me or not pay me. My employment is an agreement between me and my employer. It is a contract I enter into with my employer. The government has no right to interfere with this.

So yeah, scrap the law, get rid of all of these types of laws. Get the government out!

Someone who is preaching to the masses about this is libertarian radio talk show host Neal Boortz whom had countless problems with his computer and finally got word about FireFox (I was proudly one of those who told him about it) now he is talking about it a lot and giving updates and has said he will NEVER go back to IE! With IE and popup blocking software he still got popups but with FF he said not he hasn't gotten a single one.

The quality of connections with mobile phones is awful. It's like we took a giant leap backwards in technology! Just listen to talk radio and you can easily see what I mean. You can always tell what callers are on cell phones because it sounds awful, cuts in and out and is just plain bad. On top of all of this, you get to pay BY THE MINUTE for the crappy service! Wow thanks! ugh.

This is what is starting to be pushed for in the US by some groups. They label things "hate speech" and seek to have them outlawed. Also look at 'hate crimes'. Where you aren't punished based on the crime you did but what you were thinking while you did it.
