You beat me to it. Funny thing though, even though it wasn't a success, Boeing was on the radio saying that they consider it a success. WTF? Failure is a success now days? Sure it wasn't complete failure but had there been a real satellite on board it would be pretty much a loss now. "F = Fantastic" oh brother.

I am a devout Madden player. I tried NFL2k5 from Sega on my xbox but didn't like it so I got madden as well. However, I am so outraged by this that I will NOT be buying another EA Sports game until there is competition. EA has been screwing Madden players over and over again and I am over it. They remove features from the PC game and introduce new "features" that are meaningless and they want to charge another $40? Then there is this year's Quicksand bug that they had no fix for other than "turn off fatigue" and then there is the whole overtime stuff.. I'm so uber mad at EA I won't buy another EA title. Period!

Great points but I wonder, how will they create new shows when everyone is able to watch whatever they want when they want? I never used to like Seinfeld or Friends until they started running it from 6-8pm here every day (I don't have cable so I have a limited number of choices), so I started watching and I loved the shows. The same happens in new network shows... shows start slow but they keep at it and build a base. How will you build a base when people are more able to choose never to even give the new show a chance? Just a question I ponder now days.

  15. Re:Is there a choice of what to vote with? on Berkeley Researchers Analyze Florida Voting Patterns · · Score: 1

I voted for Bush but I agree with you. I live in Florida, but in my county (Orange) we do have a paper trail. Our votes are made on a ballot that is then scanned into a computer that tabulates the votes. Our ballots are very easy. You just complete the arrow for the choice you want.

Now I know that a lot of people scream that there were so many democrat registered voters in a lot of areas where Bush won. Although true, these counties traditionally still go to Republicans. They are conservative democrats. Another point is that I know of 4 college students who all registered at our college and didn't know any better or different and just registered as a Democrat. After talking to them about the election and them watching the debates they voted for Bush. This isn't an isolated thing either. They all had friends that did the same thing. A lot of college age people I know voted for Bush and like I said some of them were registered Democrat.

Although I'm a Libertarian so I'm not registered under a party because FL only cares about the 2 major parties.
