Often the law grants you less rights than many store's policies. Here (US) many stores have a no questions return policy and will give your money back for any reason just about as long as you have a receipt. But that's not necessary on their part. Their only obligation is to live up to the contract and implied warranty of the sale, i.e. what they claimed to be selling is what they sold, and that it functioned as claimed. Stores have no obligation to return products just because you changed your mind, and if it doesn't work properly, their only obligation is to fix it, replace it, or keep up their end of the sale in some manner.
That's a nice idea, until the emergency situation also cuts out the gas. This can happen in an earthquake, if you're in that neck of the woods. I would hate to have an emergency generator not work in an emergency.
I ran into weird problems with MythTV where the recordings would get corrupted. I saw this on the site one day and said, "crap, I use reiser." Switched to XFS (I think) for the videos and it's been much better. XFS doesn't shrink but it has done me well for Myth
from man fsck "filesystems on different drives will be checked at the same time to utilize parallelism available in the hardware."
If / is small it will be quicker. If / is a large partition then it hinders any parallelism.
The sixth field, (fs_passno), is used by the fsck(8) program to deter-
mine the order in which filesystem checks are done at reboot time. The
root filesystem should be specified with a fs_passno of 1, and other
filesystems should have a fs_passno of 2. Filesystems within a drive
will be checked sequentially, but filesystems on different drives will
be checked at the same time to utilize parallelism available in the
hardware. If the sixth field is not present or zero, a value of zero
is returned and fsck will assume that the filesystem does not need to
be checked.
I think the lower range is only because many stations are broadcasting their digital signal with lower wattage. Once they up their power I would think you'll get the channels.
In my experience, digital can lock on to a signal better than analog. But with digital it's all or nothing. With analog you can get a snowy picture if your on the fringe.
This is an issue of state law in the US and not federal law. Different states will be more or less favorable to the employee/employer. Often it can be about justifying unemployement benefits for the terminated employee rather than direct compensation from the employer or getting the job back./IANAL
That would make sense for say Veteran's Day. But for Labor Day we honor ourselves, the workers. In any event, when a 24/7 company is down, you bet they're working on it. It doesn't just cost their clients money, it costs PayPal money.
Does anyone know of this actually being tested in court. The GPLv2 only speaks of derivative work. But I don't think that linking follows the traditional concept of derivative work. Just because it's in their FAQ doesn't make it law.
AZ has an online order for $4 for a replacement license. Very convenient.
And if you go in to get one at the DMV, the clerk at the front who sees everyone when they walk in the door will direct you to their kiosk if you're using a Credit Card.
Actually, that's one odd thing about the AZ DMV. The tellers only take cash or check, and online only takes credit.
The throttle is held open slightly less to provide the proper power to go the speed needed. It doesn't matter how dense the air is, your foot adjusts accordingly.
I turned 18 at the beginning of my senior year. I tried signing a few of my own permissions slips, but the school wouldn't accept them. I didn't really fight it. Just trying to be cool back then.
I wonder if my sports waivers that my parents signed were legally binding as I was over 18 in the spring. I'm betting I had to sign it too so it probably was binding.
Who knows. Well, I guess the lawyers and judges do.

It's likely easier to just let them flow a pit at the facets. Although the outside spigot will create a pile of ice.

Remember to bond your different grounds or you'll have a potential between them.
I came to post this.

German law doesn't have the concept of precedent. Each case would be decided on its own based on the law as written and not previous cases.
IANAL and IANAGL
Who says n-a-t-o, don't most people say Na-Toe?
NATA is an acronym.
Oh, and you're just being pedantic!

And that's why it's a funny joke... ha ha
So I messed up my correction as my sibling points out.... I feel kinda dumb...

since it's XML older versions should just ignore any new tags added as long as they keep to the same basic format.
But I wonder how many people will take the time to scrape screens when a easy solution is available for a few bucks.
I'd certainly rather pay a couple bucks and try to keep up the screen scraping code with the guide data websites.
I think you're describing Windows 2000....
Personally, I like that one the best.

You should notice when you fill up your car with gas, when the cap is removed it is under pressure and you can hear the pressure release.
V APORATIVE%20CONTROLS
There is no ventilation of the fuel to the atmosphere. That's why when you go through emissions they make sure your gas cap seals tight.
I found this which explains it a little http://www.familycar.com/Classroom/emission.htm#E
An older car that predates all the emissions controls will vent the gas tank to the atmosphere I believe.
The throttle is held open slightly less to provide the proper power to go the speed needed. It doesn't matter how dense the air is, your foot adjusts accordingly.
It's a closed system, there should be minimal evaporative loss these days.

Reusing your own work is self plagiarism, as odd as that sounds.
