Store managers are stupid on law and leagal affairs corprate offices (once you get a hold of them) Usally will act VERY fast to reslove this. The story is over a MONTH OLD. I have many 1000's of hours in retail and 70% of store managers don't see past there store botton line no matter the law or the public reltions headachs. But most reginal managers whould see this and run to get the kid his stuff back faster then you can say Sonic the Hedgehog.
Glich's steps to getting somthing in a store fixed.
1. Ask the store nicely and tell then where they are wrong.
2. Check company webpage or 411 for a reginal or disrent office and call and ask to speak to the district/reg manager on an issue of a store managers misconduct.
3. explance you case plaining and name names or the store people you talked to.
4. Barring that dos't work email the media contact at the main corprate office. Tell then you issue before calling in the press they are the king/queen or dammage crontol. if they can't get you a resolution your prob compaing about somthing stupid.
Be sure not to be at all hostal. The may not know they are doing it. one internal porgramer may be passing your work off as there own or they outsourced to some place that is the offender.
My 1.33 had major heat issues it took 4 diffent coolers end up using a orb rated for 2200+ just to keep her stable. coolers i had were rated for 1800 and 1900 wert cutting it. and that with a very very thin layer of aritic silver.
I work for a major computer hardware makers and offen when we email software patches to aol adress the mailes get eaten! Happens alot on hotmail as well. and no we don't spam.
I used to run a BBS "The Game Grid" from 92-95 till the internet started to be the next big thing. I had 20+ door games including a few i wrote myself.
Last I herd he was engaged to one of the Producers of THE SCREEN SAVERS. Darci something or outher. This is probly why he makes so many apearaces on the show.
Ok heres what I see in my crystal ball
1.Spike becomes a winny little toad and buffy stakes him.
2.Faith come to sunnydale and hooks up with willow (prison will do things to people:) )
3.Faith then gets hit by lighting and dies (for about 1 min see bellow)
4.Dawn gets trigered as the next slayer (she dose have slayer blood you know)
5.Not to lose 2 lovers in 1 year willow heals Faith before she crosses over.
6. The 3 slayers with magic backup from Willow and onya (how ever you spell that) kick but.
7. Zander almost never leaves the magic box just stays there doing research.
It had to happen eventually. I have had a tivo for years now (back when there were 500 bucks for a 13 hour model) Luckily for me I bought the lifetime back then when it was my lifetime not my units:). I think its still worth it TIVO is always adding new stuff to the units (I am in the beta group) and there customer service is allot better then allot of companies I deal with.

YES!!!! I rember that i called Pelikin every few months for over a year looking for this (btw i think it was e3 2000)

I am sorry but i get 200+ emails a day 10 real ones and 190 spams many of them duplicates!
