  1. Re:This is not 'hacking' on US Busts Military Network Hacker · · Score: -1, Troll

Please do not claim my post is a troll because you don't understand it. I do not believe in trolling.

The war on terrorism is working. Have any more buildings in the USA been destroyed? no. That is thanks to the hard work of the military and security factions of the USA. The war on drugs is successful too, have you heard about how difficult it is for people to find marijuana lately? That is also thanks to the hard efforts of American security. The war on drugs is also important, because American citizens cannot be on drugs in these difficult times, they must always be alert, because you cannot even trust your neighbours and friends now.

  2. This is not 'hacking' on US Busts Military Network Hacker · · Score: -1, Troll

If the guy is from Britain, he is considered a hacker. If he were from Iran, he would be considered a terrorist.

They should just scrap the term hacker and call him a terrorist, because thats what breaking into the US millitary is, terrorism.

There is a difference between breaking into a companies network out of curiosity and breaking into a millitary network. At worst, it could be considered an act of war from the country where the hacker originated against the country that was hacked. This would be bad for britain as they are totally dependant on America for support and are controlled by America's millitary policy.

100 successful hacks is quite impressive, and it's good to see that America's war on terrorism is paying off and this man was caught before he could have caused serious damage to the western world.

I don't see how broadband would boost the economy, except for creating (likely not too many) jobs in the broadband sector. Almost all the advantages of broadband are related to entertainment anyway... Unless you are downloading lots of videos or playing games (not stuff that helps the economy) a standard ISDN line is fine for internet access.

There is a good niche industry of making laptops that are powerful enough to run the latest games ect.... An 80 gig drive would suit a laptop which had a fast 3d video card and a nice 15-inch screen. Of course you COULD use that 4 or 5 thousand dollar laptop for porn.

And we can solely thank USA funding for all this too, because the rest of the world realizes who is WRONG here.
