    1) Remove anything published by Nintendo itself. That's what got the rom sites sued. Nintendo did not care about anyones's IP except theirs.
    They are enforcing their copyrights and trademarks and their trademarks are still in active use. There are MANY nes and snes games that ninentendo did NOT publish and has no particular stake in.
    2) If you get a letter from a copyright holder asking you to take something down you take it down, thats not rocket science it may even be basic courtesy.
    If a copyright holder is active then its not abandonware.
    3) Do not put any ads on the pages listing the roms themselves. Only the original copyright holder has the right to make money off these roms.

    As long as the photo ID is free and easily obtainable even on election day. The problem is most states requiring this pick their parties favorite ID's (gun permit, military ID, etc) while not allowing the other sides ID (College ID, welfare ID[even state ones]) . The fact is photo id would not even be necessary if voter registration included a photo and thumbprint as part of the registration process.

    What happened in the UK is people were on trial for precisely what you were talking about and some far right yahoo was trying to film video regarding the case at the courthouse and threatened to contaminate the jury pool and force a retrial which would have cost hundreds of thousands of UK pounds and endanger the convictions of the same dangerous people you seem to be concerned about.

    "Old Nintendo games" and "Nintendo copyrighted works" are not the same thing.
    If your NES or SNES rom was not published or developed by Nintendo then Nintendo has no issue with you.
    The company that did publish it might care if its still in business but its not Nintendo's problem. Notice
    the sites they are suing are making money off their IP and trademarks.

    I wish I had mod points for you. She wasnt fired for saying "thanks for telling me how to do my job". If she had stopped there muted the guy she would still have a job. She was fired for holding up an enthusiastic player with constructive criticism to public ridicule and further basically describing arena fans as emotional johns. That damages the company she worked for.

I read both her entire tweet and his response and her sort flippant tweet about him being a "rando a--hat". The fact that you are qualified and knowledgeable doesn't mean you cant learn something regardless of your gender.
