If i had known, would i have posted the complaint? While that does help quite a bit, id have preferred blue tooth ability for keyboard/mouse, without jailbreak.. Woudln't cost them anything to enable it, and would make people happy.
Might be cool for the ipod too, if its compatible.
Make it $200 off, and jailbroke so i can use a REAL keyboard, install my own software, and then we can talk. Until then its just a big ipod touch... and i already have one of them, and it fits in my pocket to boot.

I think this is is seriously flawed logic.
Flawed for who? Us users or the companies that are buying the laws to restrict our rights and freedoms?
Considering its a small shop, i was going under the assumption that the CEO has controlling stock if it was a corporation in the first place, since more then likely was the owner before/if it went public.
If it was still a private company, same rules applied anyway so i still say its 'his' to do as he pleases with.
Except those guys are extremely intelligent, and its logical to expect a mess in zero G.. And rather dangerous too with the risk of inhalation of sandwich parts.
Well, if hes the CEO, its legally his stuff. The employees work for the company and they don't normally have ownership rights of their work. Happens all the time when companies go under and restructure
Now, bailing out on their salaries, that's uncool and something to get upset over. ( but it also happens when companies go out of business...)
I found a problem wit their blackberry clones: WAP wouldn't work on this side of the ocean, only with Chinese carriers. Other then that, i agree it was a decent ( not great... ) deal.

I agree, but only to an extent. You still have to have a place to live, job, eat, pay taxes, walk past security cameras... Some things are about impossible to hide from. And that data is mined too.
Earth climate is not a simple x=y+1 formula like most want to believe ( or can understand, since most people are stupid ) and is horrendously complex.
Not going to get into the 'man made' part of this discussion, ( or even if it IS warming or not.. ) but large scale warming can cause strange weather patterns since it means there is more stored energy in the atmosphere and moisture to dish out.
If you don't, and you have a wreck that is related to the recall, guess who is on the hook? ( one hint, it wont be Toyota or your insurance company )

I would say that 90% of their customers are happy with what they are getting out of a stock phone + itunes. The other 10% would never be happy.
