    How about a version for the rest of us, something that is more like 200 ( or less ).

    No fancy 3G, no keyboard ( who uses that anyway? ). Just the basics ( with PDF being a basic )

    What is logical and clear to us, may not be to the court.

    Plus they can just refuse to hear any cases related to it, and let any new law stand without making any ruling. Much as they did with the 2nd for so many decades.

    its not an attempt to shut down a blog i agree, its a direct attack on ones ability to speak in a public forum unless its 'approved' by the government.

    If you think its just an 'innocent clarification' you are sadly mistaken and naive.

    It only protects you while its in place. They can remove those 2 amendments.

    That is what they are trying to do in effect with this.

    Yup, but they made it a *priority* to get there. I don't get the same feeling of commitment with 4.x, especially with stories like this.

    They want us to pay for dubious quality, with unknown content videos created by complete amateurs? What are they smoking? Thats a good way to kill it off, even better then the 'IP cops' that now monitor it.

    If they cant pay for it via the offensive "commercials" that have been added, then they need to get out of the way to make room for someone else who can.

    Do you want to be tied to a vendor?

    If the answer is no, then you understand. if you don't mind being tied to a vendor and at their mercy, then i guess the answer for you is that there is no benefit.

    Open hardware has the same value as open software.
