    This wont apply outside of their borders? While i dont fully agree, giving you the benefit of the doubt: They will just complain to the WTO, which has their own rules that bridge across borders.

    Just because people get away with something doesn't make it legal. Some things are hard to enforce, to the point one doesn't bother, in most cases.

    Sure they can, you agreed to the practice when you bought your ticket, which is a legal contract here in the US at least. Besides, even when you are in another country, regardless of their less restrictive laws, you still must abide by the laws of where you claim citizenship, or risk be arrested on your return to home soil. ( not that i agree with that 2nd issue, but legally its true ).

    Tho technically a private company cant *censor* anyway, but that concept will be beat to death in other threads.

    If i use the % on my personal domain, their number slightly low. I get more like 95%, from both direct to nonsence addresses on my domain, and indirect via 'replies' from stupid mailers that dont use spam rules before they send back replies on nonexistent addresses. I see about 2000 spam messages a day.

    At the office on a different more well known domain, we sometimes hit 10000 messages per HOUR.. ( and it promptly hoses our outside unix mail server and anti-spam engine, then freaks out exchange when it cant send to the unix server.. )

    SPAM is bad. Really bad.

    Filthy genes scan still be corrected. Sure, it will take several generations and some direct DNA manipulation, but it is is possible to breed out undesirable genes. ( would be easier to just sterilize the mistakes along the way to prevent re-infection, but thats not politically correct ). Any worthwhile project takes time and dedication.

    And that should have been 'your leaking sink..' i'm well known for typos around here due to lack of caring.

    Police and fire are part of the societal infrastructure of a sovereign entity and therefore fall under the umbrella of the government.

    Medical care ( and schools too, if you want my opinion ) are not, and should not.

    There is a place for government in our lives since people cant behave themselves on a general basis, but when it extends beyond that there is a problem. ( be it a socialist or fascist direction )

    Or my ( even yours, you never know ) grandkids might take it an extra step and start a campaign actively purge the earth of undesirable sections of the human species.. It has happened in the past.

    a lot can happen in 2 generations.

    Perhaps the mule, which it its core is a defective creature genetically, should be eradicated, instead of held up as a mascot.

    If you live in a country where simply speaking out earns you instant imprisonment or death, you have to pick your battles more carefully. ( i.e. do your work more covertly then just spraying ineffective words onto a forum that can ultimately be traced back to you. )

    Who said i was white? I didn't declare allegiance to any particular race. I don't care what color you are, you shouldn't mix with another race as you dilute both.

    And i didn't use the word 'uncomfortable' the term i used was 'offensive', a bit more aggressive. Nor did i say 'unfair' when discussion moderation. it was an observation that most people here are closed minded to alternatives and consider them trolls when they don't agree with them. Personally, i just think you are wrong if you disagree, i don't consider you a troll for expressing your ( differing ) opinions. I am a bit more tolerant then that.

    Its not like i'm advocating extermination of undesirables or something. Everyone has a right to be free and run around regardless of what they are, just don't breed with someone that isnt part of your own race. Animals don't do it, why should people?

    What is so bad about wanting your linage to remain pure and not become some sort of grey amalgam?

    You might be surprised how pure some family lines are.

    And even if my family tree was darkened and corrupted by horrible mistakes in judgement in the past, does that mean i have to approve of it, or continue the offensive practice? No, it doesnt.

    Do you fix our leaking sink, or just let it go on dripping because 'it leaks in other peoples homes'?
