1 - The fact they dont have beatles tunes on itunes does not negate the concept i was talking about. 2 - If i have to read the f-ing article instead of the summary, then the summary is bad, not my fault. 3 - goto hell.

Until they create their own music i dont see a problem with apple computer selling music devices ( and itunes ).
They really are not *in* the music business, so they arent hurting apple records, so they should just shut up and appreciate the extra sales they get via beatles songs on itunes.
Just another bloodsucker standing in line to screw the big guy.
Well, i guess thats one more nail in their coffin. Jobs is setout to wreck the company and make a few bucks along the way. Hes still pissed he was ousted and wants revenge.
Well of course its unlikely, but that isnt what the US goverment is trying to do anyway.
its not about protecting us from the bad guys, its about gaining more control over the people.
It is sad that most people cant see it for what it is, and falls for the excuses.

Perhaps if you make getting cash just too hard for the average joe, you can wean the public off of those little anonymous bills.
Once you do, you can more easily track the money flow, to catch those pesky terrorists.
We have too many 'technology' people now, in this slowly diminishing 'market'. We are bursting at the seams and dont need any more, including you.
Go be a cop or something.
If it was, then the ipod would never have made it at all, and we would not be talking about macintoshes..
A good part of why apple is still around is the total customer expirence, ( sales, support ) and the higher quality of their devices.
A cheap clone is just that, a cheap clone. Will people buy them? Sure, people are cheap. Will it destroy apple? No, of course not.
At least home users can 'just say no', corporate buyers that fall for the MOLP agreement scam, are screwed.
So many of us agree.... t
Why are we even here.. this gets old fast.
And pink? Dear god.. hell of a color to wake up to in the morning.

I have to disagree. Sure, often it is, but not always.
Will they next say Booze is bad for us and draft a constitutional amendment to ban it?
This isn't about markets, or protecting children. Its not even about porn.. Its all about control of the population. Plain and simple.
Anything else is an excuse to get people accepting of it.
Talk about the new society of 'throwaway'.. Geesh.
This is where we are headed.
Once this point is reached, does that mean all content providers lose their 'common carrier' status and are now liable?
This is an example of why you dont outsource ( to another country ) a major infrastructure.. ( this also goes for war materials, oil, food, etc )
Even if the country is friendly today, that can change tomorrow and severely compromise your nation's security.
Its nice to see people are starting to wake up about this.
Did i just timewarp into Nazi Germany or something?
Its about control of the consumer/citizen.
