The one you're looking for is probably Gibbons, the family of Lesser Apes... though it could be the Bonobo, the other species in the Pan genus with Chimps which most people don't know exists.
Wait... are you trying to tell me Bat Boy isn't real?!
Next thing you'll be trying to claim that the World's Fattest Cat doesn't actually save babies from burning buildings! Get out of here, you terrorist-heathen-commie!
Wow, actually... no. I suppose the difference between tropical storm and hurricane is arbitrary, but it is in no way vague. The definition is based upon the maximum sustained windspeeds. If the windspeeds are at or above 74MPH, it's a hurricane. That's pretty straightforward.
Oh, and more on that Necro: he went through an alignment change to do that. Part of my issue with Elf Assassins is that it's/completely legit/ other races to have Good Assassins... the Imms just arbitrarily decided that assassination is "too evil" for Elves, though? I've never seen a good assassin get alignment changed for using the assassinate skill. It's completely bogus.
Then again, they won't let you have a Dwarvish Bard either (don't bother mentioning that someone has done it before, I remember that too; my point is that it shouldn't require extreme roleplay and the luck of having the attention of an Imm), so screw'em. I'll go back to Puzzle Pirates if I want funny accents.
Yeah well, I remember that character, actually. That's not my point though. They say Elves can't be Assassins because of their code of ethics, and yet I've never once seen an Elf Warrior who would wait for random bloodoath #2792 to strike first, for example. Elves have no more ethics, in terms or how they're played, than Orcs.
I've been saying for years that they need to crack down on enforcing racial roleplay in CF, but nobody does it. As long as your Dwarf speaks with a psuedo-Scottish accent, nobody cares one bit if you hang out with Elves and Half-Drow 'til the cows come home. The only semblance of RP that goes on is strictly alignment based, and it's completely boring (not to mention hellish for us neutrals)
...and yet, I still can't play an Elf Assassin due to completely arbitrary and inconsistent ideas of Elven ethics that/nobody/ actually roleplays. *grump*
As you can see, this is a Playstation black disk. Track one contains computer data, so please, don't play it. But you probably won't listen to me, will you?
I'm currently a CS Senior and this semester is actually the first I've ever had to use an IDE (C# elective, due to a lack of other options over the summer). Frankly, I've yet to see a substantial advantage to using it, and some of the features actually bug the hell out of me. I'd far prefer to use emacs any day of the week. I think that in our department there are only about half a dozen undergrads who regularly work in an IDE, and I'd say that, while they're probably no less skilled than the rest of us, they're slower, and far less flexible in terms of what they can work with (as in, without their IDEs they tend to be unable to work, which leaves them helpless when the Windows machines start acting up.)
So to be direct, I say especially if these people are CS majors, go without the IDE.
Be very careful what you wish for. Disney almost made one, a few years back, except they were going to change the Yamato's name to the Arizona, as well as changing the characters' names. I suspect the damage would have been much greater than that overall, and frankly, I'd much rather have nothing than a huge heap of Disney dung.
*sigh* What's so hard to understand? Look at it this way: Is giving up work completely a resonable action? No, not really. Is stepping down from a job he no longer wants a reasonable action? Yeah... at least I think so.
It's like this. I like being able to breathe, so I don't smoke. Is my not smoking a reasonable action? Yeah. Now...anywhere I go there's a chance that I might be exposed to second hand smoke. So should I go around and bomb the house of every smoker I can find? No, that's insane. Sure, it would still help me achieve my goal of...you know...retaining the ability to breath, but why do you even bother mentioning it? It's not a reasonable action in the slightest.
A more reasonable question might be "Any tax he pays will go to the military. Has he written his senators and representative to show his opposition to the war?"
...almost everyone is going on about how this is a stupid move. Maybe I'm one of the first to be able to say I support his decision. Not because it'll make any changes to the problems he sees, but because he's willing to remove himself from a position which forced him to violate his own sense of what's right. Too many people, when put it a position of power, become all of the sudden willing to go against everything they believe in so they can keep their jobs.
Furthermore, it seems to be that his primary reson for quiting is not the war-related aspect, but rather how the focus of many linux-users has shifted away from trying to improve humanity via things such as more secure and affordable computing, and shifted to a more "Hey, let's find a way to make us geeks look cool to the public." And as a whole, I tend to agree with this, or at least see where he's coming from.
Also, on the war side of the issue, what's wrong with saying 'I don't want a tool that I've spent years of my life helping develop to be used to kill people in a war I don't even support.' He's not trying to sue the government or anything like that, or even calling for other people to protest with him, he's simply removing himself from a position which forces him to go against his own principles.
Ah...yeah, that'll do it. Yet the fact still remains that my brother (and myself also, when at his house) frequently are able to surpass that ammount. Maybe is has to do with the fact that he's had his cable modem for about 3.5 year now? (Maybe the implemented the limmit since then and didn't apply it to him?) Ah well, thanks for reminding me of the importance of capitalization.
only 128kb/s? I use Comcast and my upload is capped at 30. What's worse, my brother who lives not two miles from me seems to get the 128 that you mention. Anyone know why this is? It's quite bothersome:(
More like "playing card size" than "credit card size" but yeah,
No, actually it's EXACTLY credit card sized. Here's picture proof.
Espousing the value of holding up scientifically verifiable data over ancient superstitions is something of interest to many geeks/nerds.

Somehow you got the right words in there, but not the right idea:
Cue Macross Plus, Information High.
Developers, developers, developers, developers!
From the "confirmation photo" in TFA, all I was able to confirm is that... yes, there are rocks in Saudi Arabia.
Asteroid Bob Ross? I can see it now... what a happy little impact crater!

Floridian in the hoooouse!~
Some of us, though, don't really care about leveling/pk, and would like the option purely for RP reasons.
Sounds like Mangband to me? Probably not, though... I only played it briefly, as all the other active players were Japanese.

I think most people call it "radio" nowadays.
No, it only means that if at some point time travel does come about they either:
- Don't know of this convention
- Don't care about it
- Aren't alowed to attend (time travel would surely be helluva regulated)
No extension needed... just use Ctrl + #
My favorite prime? Schfifty-Five! Group X for life.
