Why not avoid the whole 2.4 not being stable for a while issue? Release as 2.6, fix mountains of bugs, when it is properly stable, release 3.0==2.6.14 or whatever.
This comment is a duplicate of another one in this thread. Why don't you posters read the other posts before hitting "submit"?... While you're answering that question, I'll go get a soft drink. Ahh -- diet doctor pepper. Who would have thought they could improve on the original? But they did!
He can do this without the $200,000. With microsoft's security record, you don't need to own them, just to 0wN them;)
Typo in story, should read:

Animatrix Trailer

NeoCode writes "Like The Matrix? Like anime? Well, I downloaded the trailer before submitting this story, and you can't have it. Neener neener neener."
Try rightclicking inside the internal frame in mozilla, you should see a non-functional demo of the pie menus.
If you click on the installation link on the menu in the iframe then it will install the xpi.
This is probably irrelevant, but the sentence is grammatically correct. "school" needs an article, for example:
"I went to my school".
"I went to School" is probably okay.
Obtaining the FireWire Development Kit
The FireWire Software Development Kit is available today, for both Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X. This SDK provides the latest FireWire software, plus sample code and documentation.
Hmm... choose any OS as long as its one of our last two. (Not a mac-hater, just pissed off coz I have an iMac with 8.6;-P)
Okay, but to travel faster than the (current) speed of light, we must go back in time to when the speed limit was higher. How to go back in time? I know, we just go faster than the speed of light!
No. Polynomial time, as was said, is polynomial in terms of the input. Input b bits and n is (worst case) on the order of 2^b so now sqrt(n) is about sqrt(2^b)=2^(b/2) which is far worse than polynomial in b.

Those are some smart fucking kids!
Yeah, I tested a prototype of this, and the biggest problem was people spotting me while looking in the opposite direction.
Done.

Before you said that, I thought you were just wrong, now I know you are just a troll. But just in case anyone believed you...
YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE LICENCE OF GPL SOFTWARE!
Sorry to shout, but that's the whole point

There's no problem factoring big primes. I can do it in constant time. Big composites is a problem.
But if the spam commplies, we can filter it.

The internet thing wasn't a big mistake. They got Algol 60 confused with Algore (60).
First person shooter or Frame per second? :D
The standard argument is that MS *loses* money (they subsidise the hardware.
The article was about the sdk.
Um... the simpsons spends half its shows making fun of american culture. I love the simpsons, but there must be a better example.
Explain?

And a law to prohibit dingoes from eating said armed forces' babies.
And all of those cycles put together won't tell you why the hell you would want to underclock your P4 to 2.5MHz.
