I completely agree. The one thing that always keeps me from recommending XBMC to my friends that aren't very tech savvy is that the more useful features, like external players, custom menus, or shared databases involve what could be hours of extra work when all they want to do is watch movies. I point them towards boxee.

Get Ety HF series that work with phone OS you use. I bought a set of the HF2's for my Droid and love them. They're crisp and clear, without the artificial overpowering bass that most earbuds on the market have. The sound seperation is excellent as well. I have a set of Audio Technica NC cans, which are nice headphones, but I highly prefer the sound of the Ety's over those.

On top of that, the sound isolation is excellent and I find them to be some of the most comfortable in canal phones I've used. Plus, for and additional $100.00 you can get fitted for custom buds that are molded for your ear canal.

Amazon carries them for $120.00 or so. Well worth it.

I keep track of it every month, even so, your loan or credit card statement is now required to:

    1) Show you the payoff date for any deferred interest purchases.
    2) The actual APR you'll pay if you're late.
    3) Have a two month warning on the statement before this date arrives.

The one I get from Best Buy does a nice job of detailing this information out.

I always carry at least 2 1L bottles of water on the plane and constantly drink from them. Why you ask? Because planes usually have a very dry atmosphere and cause dehydration which can lead to exhaustion and illness. The two or three 4 oz cups that you get on a domestic U.S. flight just aren't enough.

    http://www.everydayhealth.com/healthy-travel/air-travel-and-dehydration.aspx

On the Plane: Why Is Low Humidity a Problem?
Dehydration can cause problems ranging from mild discomfort caused by dry skin and scratchy eyes to potentially life-threatening issues, such as problems with breathing for people who have respiratory conditions like asthma. Dehydration can also lead to fatigue, says William L. Sutker, MD, chief of infectious diseases at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.

Being in a low-humidity environment has another caveat: You're at increased risk of catching a respiratory virus, such as a cold. Humidity in the air keeps your airways moist so the lining can help trap germs trying to enter your body. When the air youâ(TM)re breathing is too dry, the mucous in your airway canâ(TM)t do its job, and viruses or bacteria can enter more freely.

It was good fun and one of my favorite memories of school. We even got our nerdy picture in the yearbook. :-)
