Will this be the first game in a series of many to come that will be pulled off the market to be changed due to questionable content?
Yes, there's a slew of games with hidden content just waiting to be revealed by the right mod.
Of course not, you moron.
It is you! You can't even write four words without making two mistakes. Seriously, though.
...I would be long past giving two shits about editing or even dupes.
You think "bitching" pushed him over the edge? You think he used to care but meanies like me scared him off? Taco has never given two shits about editing or dupes and you know it. "Editor", my ass.
If you don't like it, leave.
I like it just fine and people meta-bitching makes it all the more enjoyable.
"And it remains true that no homeopathic remedy has ever been shown to work in a large randomised placebo-controlled clinical trial.
But the Belfast study (Inflammation Research, vol 53, p 181) suggests that something is going on."
Excellent. If tests suggests something's going on, let's test it further.
"We are," Ennis says in her paper, "unable to explain our findings and are reporting them to encourage others to investigate this phenomenon."
I hope she and others keep testing it, since this is the first time I've ever heard of homeopathy even being remotely true. I won't hold my breath though.
Rasterman, of Enlightenment fame, has responded to Seth Nickell and Havoc Pennington's blog entries, which were in reference to this previous article about Next gen X rendering. The previous post was about Nickell's post, not the other way around.
It's not enough that people don't read the articles? Now Slashdot is actively discouraging them from reading the summaries?
Wow, I just had to throw in my two cents here, because you are grossly misinformed.
A quick look at a randomly selected Rover dealer in Denmark ( http://www.rover.dk/newsite/r75/prisliste_r75_seda n.htm ) says 325,000 DKR for a basic model 75 which is approximately 43,740 Euros or 27,636 British Pounds.
For comparison see http://www.mg-rover.com/content/Rover/en_GB/Rover2/~jsp/model_75_pricelist.jsp where prices range from 17,000 to 25,000 British Pounds for a top of the line model.
I don't know where you get your prices, but I'd appreciate it if you could recommend me a dealer.
Fantastic post, thank you for the time, effort and expertise.
They've actually become lawsuits?
That is a complicated reason.
... and said it had no alternative but to pursue an expensive legal action that it admitted it could ill afford.

Does anyone with a beef against Google want to donate to our worthy cause? Anyone?

The topic's about scientific experiments producing results that aren't immediatly intuitive.
I've sent Ennis an email asking about her study, I'll post here if I get a reply.

He's probably most well known as the high pitched rapper on the track 'Fett's Vette' that you probably have an MP3 of somewhere. No, really. Who?

Jobs stop getting shifted overseas?
Jobs are no longer shifted overseas?
Profit?
US laws still don't apply outside the US. Well, most of them don't. Not yet, anyway.
Didn't we do this last year?
Contrary to popular opinion, it doesn't get any funnier.

Yes, that would work. In Never Never Land! (That's spelled "workaround" for those who care :)
I tried combining 10.000 PC's once. Took me, my friends and a bulldozer all weekend.
