my guess is the employee signed the guy up without telling him. I've had several try to slip the service plans on my charge without telling me. He probably just needed better numbers for the day, so signed people up without telling him.
Although MSN or BB need to refund the guy's money, and fire the employee.
How come the WWW guide does have an Index Listing for Al Gore-Father of the Internet??? You think he, being the Father of the Internet, would have a mention.....
I thought zero was neither odd nor even. Since multiplying a negative by a (-1) gets a positive, and multiplying a positive by (-1) gets a negative. But multiplying 0 by (-1) still gives 0, I thought it was neither negative nor positive.
In my 8th grade biology class, our teacher taught us 2 theories on the universe: Creationism and Big Bang/Evolutionary. He even had an in class debate on it. Teaching Creationism in school is fine, as long as other theories are taught as well.
In the commercial, the jet was portrayed in the same manner as everything else. You have seen all the other commercials with disclaimer(such as...professional driver on closed course, do not try this at home) Pepsi had the responsibility to add a disclaimer, they failed, they should lose
What I don't understand is how you make this great logical leap from seeing a R movie when 15 to commiting theft and murder. And its not a minor's responibility to not see a movie, its his/her parents responsibilty to decide whether or not said child can see movie. Have you ever seen an R rated movie before you were 17? Or a PG-13 before you were 13, or even a *gasp* PG any time before say, age 10?
Check out win1.01! I tried running the executables w/o installing it first, and they wouldnt work! Why don't win1.01 apps work under 98? Where's that damn promised backwards compatibility???
So, what if there is a link to a link to a link to a link (etc.) to a defamatory site? Given how the internet is set up, and counting a search engine as a 'link' (since it can be counted as one.) Pretty much a link to any site could be considered a 'bad link.'
Oh, I agree with you. Thats not the typical kneejerk reaction one expects here though.
Where's all the posts saying how this guy's privacy rights were destroyed/taken/bushed by the sysadmin?
