This, ladies and gentlemen, is why reality television continues to be popular. Some just can't seem to get enough of it and sensationalize everything to make life interesting.
How do you know these people were in the country illegally? Did you ask them all? Did you check their papers? How do you even know what's wrong with them?
Get your head out of the sand. That situation in the ER is common all over the country - seriously, ask ANYONE who has spent time in one, or better yet, works in one. At what point do you acknowledge the trend and stop denying it?
Would the question be easier to answer if you could see what I looked like, or how I talked?
Yes, it could be. Observing the propensity for a non-English speaking Hispanic-looking person to be illegal doesn't make you any more racist than holding the door for someone walking with a cane.
Or if it's just a curious engineer, that's something completely different. Hell, I worked at NASA for 8 yrs and have many friends that still do. If any of them called and asked how he did it, that's clearly not NASA calling.

Meh, I watch episodes of The Office, 24, and Family Guy on a 100" projector via Hulu (TVersity on a PC wireless to a PS3). No, it's not as good as OTA, but it's just a TV show. I don't have to buy Tivo/cable or build a DVR. Definitely watchable and it will only get better over time.

Next time you're in the grocery store, count how many different sizes of batteries they stock. Now imagine the floor space required to do the same with batteries big enough to power a car. We're early enough in this game that battery design is still changing fairly frequently - power output and size requirements. Seems to me that standardizing the plug is the first step, once the battery tech stabilizes, maybe swapping will be more feasible.
Will you be touting the same line if you accidentally kill someone by [insert any potentially dangerous daily activity here]? There's lots of things we do every day that could result in the death of someone else AND we knowingly do it.
If it's just a signal that gets sent out, then surely apps can be written to make it a single button press - it could be up to the user to determine whether or not they want to preconfigure the app that way.
That stuff is still at the anecdotal level. A far cry from declaring it safer to run over a cop than get arrested.

Right there with ya. Please is a pet peeve of mine. I especially notice it when people order food: "Yeah, I want X."
How about: "Could I get X please?" It's not really that hard to say.
Nah, his scam was a little more recent than that. I knew I remembered that site from somewhere.

Huh? What's going to be able to target something flying at Mach 10?
Err... you get what you pay for?

Meh, just as funny as it was when the left wingers threatened it in late 2003 if Bush won. Notice they didn't go anywhere either.
Remember, "most of the House" is what passed this bill.

And that 640K is still more than enough, huh?
Hulu -> TVersity -> PS3 works fine for me *shrug*

google "bump lock" - your 15 min could be more like 15 seconds

Btw, AC should also mention that he still thinks that blank DVDs cost $20, ya know, since that was the going price when they were first released.
What, you mean like the Sabbath not being a day of rest? Lots of government activities happening on Sunday if you haven't noticed.
