I've had Creative's Nomad Jukebox 3 (20G) for almost a year now. It's about the size of a portable CD player, so it's bigger than an Ipod. I don't see it's size as a problem, but the biggest drawback is the interface - it's a bit clunky, doesn't have a fast response, and navigating for a song isn't as easy as an Ipod. That's why I think Ipod is the standard - they produced an outstanding and compact product from the beginning.

The upside: my employer reimburses me for all my fees provided I pull C's, which ain't too hard to do since I the program is not that difficult (read: much easier than my undergrad).

What's my point? Not sure that I have one. Just have a good idea of why you want to go to grad school. If it's to land a better job, then you might not care how difficult the degree is. I wanted a bit of satisfaction of having made it through a challenging program. I'm not getting that.
