    Don't get your hopes too high, those with enough wit already know the cost of Windows...Wallmart customers will just think the PC with Windows is just "better" somehow (everyone knows yo get what you pay for).

    This is getting annoying...it seems like every odd day there is a study showing something is good for you, and every even day there is one saying exactly the opposite. I have gotten to the point of not trusting any study and going on common sense. Eight hours of simulated killing a day is not good for you, just as eight hours a day of talking about peace, the environment, world good, etc would make you want to kill someone (even if yourself).

    Give it up already.

    Sure you can, it's logical for them to use whatever means necessary to get more money as long as they are allowed.

    I can see how it matters if AutoCAD is not the best tool for the job, but it doesn't matter much if it's more expensive since the companies are saving money by not doing training. AutoCAD has thus sponsored training for them. Would it be better if schools kept using all sorts of software, and changing it every so often? It's better to stick to a package that works and put pressure on the company to implement the changes you require.

    better not to set them in prefs.js ,but in user.js (create new file if not there) as the settings in the prefs.js file might get overwritten

    It's short, but there is plenty of suspense...did he make a typo, is there a chance mv was linked to some malicious program (e.g. rm), who is observing him save the World? Did I use Preview, or did I manage to screw the format up? You won't know until you see the movie.

    Anyone else feel that it is wrong for the media to cover this story so in depth, and ultimately make money on those that died and their families. I have decided not to watch any coverage. I remember very well what happened. Is any station doing coverage without any comercials? Or at least, is there one that is donating the amount they're making above what they usually do?

    Why do they even have to profit directly from the internet?? I always find myself looking up info on products that I end up buying in a brick-and-mortar store. I don't have a high regard toward companies that don't have a presence on the internet and I am unlikely to buy a product from them.
