I still have NO IDEA what struts does. the struts website is not helpful in a brief overview. Saying it helps develop web applications is a joke. What does it replace because I can develop web apps without struts.

No, I dont think selfishness is required for capitalism. One can be charitable without the law mandating it. No laws have mandated greed, but so many are greedy. The greed does not make this capitalism any more than charity makes a system communism.

I saw the show, and no it should not be perfectly legal. The resultant image will be different based upon how the user conducts his technique. That means its more art than science.
Its not prosecution or defence quality evidence. Only investigative.
Your whole arguement falls apart when you consider prior art. Just by making and using a system, Amazon effectively can not be sued. All they really need to do is like Google, publish a document that says how it works, then no one can claim they invented it. unless they can Prove they did long ago.

Their is no way they can cancel it. Yahoo will do what they always do when you email them for help, flush it down the toilet, or threaten YOU for spamming them...
