Of course. An ideal IQ test shouldn't be affected by anything learned in university. As this gene could be responsible for a 20 point difference in IQ I meant to imply having this gene could play a large part in determining whether or not you get a collage degree. As the study was only done on young children, the gene might just mean they develop IQ faster but equal out when they are 18 or 20.
20 points is also the difference between the average IQ and the IQ of the average collage graduate. (although the average IQ group includes the collage graduates which brings it up so the gap is a bit bigger)
I actually do this sometimes when I go on the Ferry between Victoria and Vancouver. Reading and watching Videos on a laptop are a good ways to pass the time on trips.
Also when I am not going anywhere I also leave things open for days at a time. Right now I have a recipe that I will try tomorrow or Sunday an lots of other things in tabs open.
This is partially true but people don't start with a clean slate. We have instincts and other behaviours that we are born with and develop as we get older because of our genes and past experiences. Things like hunger or sex drive are mostly genetic although specifics are partially from experience. Irrational phobias are mostly from experience although some people are probably more predisposed to develop weird phobias do to their genes.
If you have frequent crashes I bet they are from extensions. I had some before with a bug in an extension and Firefox crashed almost every day. I have been running 1.5 beta, RC1, RC2,& RC3 for a while and I don't think I have had any crashes. Also if you install SessionSaver and there is a crash all the tabs you had open will probably be saved.
I often use regular skype to South Korea and the quality has been great. It is more clear then a local call. Skypeout though has varied from unusable to poor. I have never had a clear domestic or foreign call using skypeout.
1. Updates aren't counted
2. Download.com, Google, and other mirrors aren't counted
3. Bundled installations (IE with a Linux distribution) aren't counted.
4. Some single downloads are installed many times in offices etc.
5. FTP, apt-get, etc. aren't counted
Only people who go to mozilla.org and download from there are counted.
Right now there are 600,000 people running Azureus. There are probably over 3 Million active users. This is just one of many Bit Torrent Clients. I wouldn't say millions and millions is an exaggeration.
About your comment about all the different limbs, have you ever noticed how all mammals are on the lowest level very similar? We all have 4 limbs, two eyes, etc? This was determined in our evolution over a billion years ago. The limbs mammals have evolved from fins/flippers. The four limb combination came around before we ever stepped on land. It has stayed this way as it is the minimum practical number of limbs you can get by with. Extra limbs waste a lot of energy and is only practical for insects. I heard a (fit) human can outrun any animal if given enough time. They may be faster but only using two legs is a lot more efficient.
About evolutionists being wrong at the end of your comment, the only way we could be wrong is if false evidence was planted by these aliens/god. There are millions of bones and fossils that all point to evolution. Sometimes fossils are found that change the exact timeframe, or introduce new extinct species but they all agree in their age and locations with evolution.
Not every service that Google or Yahoo offers need to bring in money. If a google office program made more people use the google search engine then it is still making them money if the ad money outweighs the hosting costs. Also if google does make an office suite I bet they would link it with email hosting and could provide a complete office solution for companies that is a lot cheaper then buying MS Office.
Not to mention we have had 20 Million years to adapt. Also bacteria/viruses can't survive for 20 Million years at presumably close to room temperature without light or food.
The google suggest extension works for the firefox search bar in the top right corner. The google suggest feature that comes with the google toolbar works only with the google toolbar search box.
For everyone I have switched to Firefox (>5), a few months later I have used their computer and noticed they have never updated. It isn't obvious at all that you should click on the arrow and that it means new updates are available. The auto-update can't come soon enough.
MP3 was critized when it came out for requiring too much processing to encode and decode. Thanks to the exponential growth in CPU power that problem quickly went away. I also remember being able to play 128 kbps MP3s on my computer but not higher bitrates. I had one that was 320 kbps and my computer's MP3 player would take 4x longer to play it stopping every second while trying to decode it.
While DVDs do have copy protection and regional encoding, 99% of people will be able to take any dvd they buy and play it on their dvd player or windows computer. The copy protection is hidden from the consumer.
Ubuntu also works well on my R40 thinkpad. The wireless even automatically connected.

A while ago there was a story on slashdot about different algorithms for calulating pi. I wrote one of them in 10-12 lines of MATLAB that took him about 40-50 lines of c. My code was also 10x more readable. He gave run times that were within 20% of mine on similar architecture.
You can't make assumptions that it will be the same if you charge it overnight or for just the rated time.
The time before the charge and the length of the charge were not consistant between the control tests and the test with the sticker. Therefore I don't think you can draw any conclusions.
Also if anyone gets the wrong idea I am not trying to defend this product (I think it is BS), but I think it should be tested properly.

Over 99% of Biologists agree that evolution is fact.
Secondly, they eye didn't suddenly evolve fully formed. you can read lots of links here if you are inclined: http://www.origins.tv/darwin/eyes.htm

You can also use freezing to remove water from home made liquor.
What is the warranty is 400$ after tax for a 1400$ laptop?

Some Allen Bradley PLC Software works the same way.

This is not entirely true. Read this from NASA's website
