Artists could earn 75% to 97.5% more on their work if the media companies weren't in the middle sucking up all the profits. That much extra going directly to artists would enable the production of far more art than we have now! Many more entertainment groups would be financially viable if the media companies didn't exist. We really need to make copyrights non-transferable to stop this senseless waste of resources on an parasitic bureaucracy that adds no value.
Put a politician in the engine and set him to Campaign and he will spew a continuous stream of rhetoric that will slowly accelerate the ship to near light speed.
Someone is going to crack the encryption and start selling decoders to all the criminals. So the result will be that only the criminals will know what everyone is doing.
Roger's has the worst customer relations of any firm ever. Take Monopoly power, add some arrogance, take away any hint of customer service and you've got Rogers Cable.
They can now all go out and buy a Galaxy device to see what Apple was so afraid of. It must be better than Apple's product or they wouldn't have been scared shitless by it.
You can't create a graphic novel with the same drawings of the same vehicle, that would be copyright infringement. Copyright does not extend to real world articles, that would mean copyrights have become patents, which protect ideas. Making a real world replica of a graphic novel image does not affect income from the graphic novel in any way except to increase it's visibility and thus it's value. Ideas were specifically not protected by copyright so people could use the ideas in exactly this way to create more art and more wealth for everyone.
Hundreds of millions of dollars are given to politicians every year so they can lie to us about the mess they are making of everything. If half the money given to politicians was given to the poor it could make a significant difference both in the lives of the poor and it would half the bullshit we have to listen to!
I just saw someone using an encrypted connection with his bank! He must be a money launderer, who do I call? How do I report this obvious terrorist activity. Didn't we learn anything from the McCarthy era?
I'm just not going to buy any new content, I won't steal it either. If there is something I just have to see I'll record it on my PVR and skip the commercials. If everyone does this together we can bring down the MPAA and RIAA. Just stop giving them money which they will use to harm you.
The media industries have poured so much money on our politicians we actually needed to give them swimming lessons! Not only that but the Conservative government is determined to enact every law that has not worked anywhere else. Also, if you disagree with the Government then you must be a terrorist. Things are polarized near the poles!
Make rights holders give solid proof that they are in fact being hurt by piracy. Right now I can say that piracy adds 200 billion dollars to the US economy every year and that figure is just as believable as the ones offered by the rights holding industry. Also make no mistake that it is a rights holding industry not a creative industry. The fact that 90% of musical groups promoted by the industry fail to make a profit tells me that the losses are not from piracy but from bad choices by the rights holding industry. If you back a losing horse you're going to lose your money. It isn't piracy, it's bad management.
I already ran into this 'feature' and it was really frustrating. One day I was searching about wicca and witchcraft to answer a question. Next day I was working on something completely unrelated and needed to confirm the spelling of a word. As I had done so many times in the past I entered 'spell ridiculous' in the search bar. Google+ insisted that I must want to cast a spell on or with ridiculous. I had to try several different requests which continued to come back with more ways to cast a spell. Eventually 'define ridiculous' got me the correct spelling.
There is zero reason to assume that a search I do today is in any way related to a search I did yesterday. I don't know anyone who has only one interest but Google not only assumes it but insists that your searches MUST be related. The result is that Google keeps returning nonsense and the more you struggle the further from an answer you get!

Really really stupidly.

Put the content back or MY beliefs will be utterly and forever damaged!
It would be well worth while for the government to pardon all who were convicted under these laws.
They always produce a new pile of management initiatives which I scoop up and deliver to the suggestion box in the park.

Disney has the rights to breathing which it earned with the movie Warhorse, stop breathing right now or pay through the nose!

then we will all become Borg!
Maybe that is what they have become.
Who knew?
There is still a Flat Earth Society too.
A lay at home Mom.

Aren't they all corrupt at some level?
The state cannot enforce faith.
It really doesn't sound like a good idea.
