    Similar is not "the same".

    There's differences in taste and texture between brands.

    The choices I make are after trying *many* different brands and figuring out what I find important and what I don't.

    The great thing about pirating movies is that you're not subjected to forced commercials, FBI warnings, and other things that the producers decided.

    Find movie file, play. Done.

    It would be great if disk-based movies were this easy.

    Yes. Because everyone knows that throwing more and more money at schools is the way to get them to succeed.

    Except for they tried it with an experimental school, and nothing got better.

    You need teachers, a place to learn, reading materials, and a pencil. That's it. Success after that comes from the students and the parents.

    And that's just the old way of doing things. You can condense all K-12 classes into an app for your iPhone. (K-12 education? There's an app for that.)

    It's a reaction to having fewer kids. If you have 5 kids and one gets kidnapped, it's a big deal.

    If you have 1 kid, and you're too old to have anymore because you waited until you were both 40, then it's a HUGE deal.

    My first car was a used Oldsmobile Omega. Yes, the salesman promised me it had only been driven by a little old lady.

    Anyway, when I wanted to try working on it, I couldn't. It used these weird star-head screws that looked exactly like what Apple is using.

    4G doesn't matter if there are no 4G towers for you to access.

    Sprint tried to sell me a 4G phone here in Colorado. Not only did it cost an extra 10$ a month for 4G, but only one street in downtown Denver actually has 4G.

    My Verizon Samsung Fascinate was finally updated today, but not to 2.2

    They put out a 2.1 patch.

    Next step is to find out what the state of the downloadable ROMs are these days. I put Cyanogen on my old G1 when I found out I could get Google Navigate that way.

    I was told I'd be able to choose another search engine besides Bing with the update. If so, they didn't put it in search setup.

    The average drivers are really good at basic baseline driving. It is REALLY hard to catch them.

    But give the average driver one glitch in his driving situation--one unexpected thing--and that sorry bastard becomes a KILLER.
