Or in a absolute worst case scenario, the developer might actually win the case. In which case a developer would be stuck with a kid and software companies oculd write EULA's that allow them to tka eyour soul. When it comes to minors, you could say that the difference between selligna slave and putting a kid up for adoption is a matter of semantics.
They kae their money in marginal costs (how much $$ does it take to make one more?) If the marginal cost is small enough you eventually start making money, if you sell enough,
Its not an undercover cop. Its like John Doe who lives down the street being annoyed by the crakc house on his block grabs a shotgun and starts shooting. The RIAA/MPAA are not law enforcement agencies.
Competition is good. If everything came down the same pipe from the same people they'd have a huge amount of control over what media you received. Also I'm sure the marketing people would go into paroxisyms just thinking about the ease of getting info on you if all conections to the outside world, short of actually going out into it were controlled by them. They could discover ebvery single one of your interests, who you called, what you watch what sites you visit, what news you pay attention to etc.
Your goal in shifting into neutral when double clutching is to synchronize to RPMs to the desired gear and speed (yes this is done automatically by the synchros). It saves the synchromeshes from doing the work. Here's someone smarter than me explaining it. http://integra.vtec.net/driving/dclutch.html
Regardless, of whether or not you have synchro-mesh gearboxes, double clutching helps with weight distibution issues on turns and what not. It lets you take turns at higher speeds without the car going all over the place because all of the sudden its front heavy.
On the one hand the law makes life difficult for teh webcasters so maybe the law itslef needs to be looked at. But if IRL radio stations get special treatment just because they happen to be IRL radio stations, thats just wrong. Suck it up and take your lumps like everybuddy else. Hopefully the stations will begin to realize how dangerous the RIAA is when it starts cutting into their profits. The more infighting the better.
I'm assuming the wav -> shn convertor is command - line based. If it is you cvan set up GRIP to rip to shn, (it does all the ripping to wav converting to shn behind the sceenes and tags everything with CDDB info)

Plus I comes before L in the alphabet. OTOH G (as in GNU) comes before I.

This is awesome.
Wouldn't it be OG2? Seeing how W3C is WWW C not WCCC.

chown and chmod are your friends.
Um the last time I installed MDK 8.1 It took 1 floppy for the net install. Not one cd. Not multiple floppies. 1 floppy.
Isn't the statement that there are no absolutes an absolute?

So I'll be able to think when I'm 70, however the caffeine induced shaking of my hands will prevent me from actually doing anything :)
So who else thinks that Walmart now needs its own topic icon?
Um. If you place all those rectangles/squares on top of each other you'll lose pretty quick.
Its called a PC

So give all the sysadmins cyanide pills and make sure they are true sealand patriots.
