    The real question is how many extra years will be added to the life span of the earth by using chicken feathers instead of the valuable resource of silicon. I can't think of anything else chicken feathers are used for. I figure at leasta couple of months.

    No it isn't. He was looking thru a baby names book for a name for his daughter and came across Xanthe. He didn't name her that, but later dropped the e for the name of his little world.

    You realized you either A) inspired someone or B)reminded someone (of an obscure project to/to) make a LCARS based GUI combined with a touchscreen of some sort. Any month now it'll pop up on slashdot. The case will probably be made of legos too.

    Yeah drug sale mixtures for weed drive me up the wall. You usually buy in grams for your daily needs but the next step up is an eighth. An eighth is 1/8 of an ounce or approx 3.2 grams. The next step up after thaty is an ounce. But then you often go back to kilos. Its nuts.There needs to be an ISO standard for drug measurements.

    No he's referring to MPEG-4 which is much higher compression but you can definitly tell difference in quality. The thing about MPEG-4 is that a 2 hour movie will take approx. 700MB as opposed to the 4 odd Gigs of a DVD

    and salt water is Na+ ions and Cl- ions in water. Ionized Lithium is NOT the same as Lithium...same as ionized sodium (Na+) isn't the same as sodium. High school chem.
