    I have three cards -- two credit and one debit. I have had them all for over 2 years. I have never signed any of them, and I have never been asked to sign them. I have been asked for ID many times; which I like.

    One of the biggest problems I see with credit/debit cards is when the merchants system prints the entire account number on the receipt. Most of them don't do this anymore, but there are still some that do.

    Yes, absolutely! It requires that proper security controls are in place and that there are checks and balances. SOX auditors will look for users that have more authority than they should as well as many other security related items.

    We've upgraded all our XP PCs to SP2 and haven't had any major problems. We, of course, ran into a few minor issues, but they were easy fixes. We're done!!! What's the big fuss?

    you could change all of those passwords in a single place. If there were single signon, then you could change your password once instead of going to every site and changing it. More like corporate security where you have to change your password every 30, 60, or 90 days. If you were the victim of a phishing scheme and later realized it, you could change your password - done.

    We run $1.4 billion company with a Windows 2000 domain and 98 & XP clients. It is very rare that we have any problem with the Windows OS. When we do have problems it's usually due to poorly written third-party software. Oh wait -- we know what we're doing...nevermind.
