Google can make them not exist at ALL (on Google search) ift they choose. It's Googles data, they compiled it.
All KinderStart can really do is ask NOT to be searched/robots.txt etc.
IANAL and all, but the above is "reasonable", and when SHTF, the law, even in the US, looks on "reasonable" heavily.

A classic Portland joke, and me with no mod points.
Wasn't intended as a troll, I mistook the comment to be another PDF bash, which is pretty common for reasons I cannot comprehend at all (as I said)
If I am not misteaken the FTC can also impose a likely corporate-death-sentence grade fine, assuming they see that as an appropriate "remedy".
;-)
They better do it soon, I'm sure the RAMBUS people will play the pump and dump for awhile and clear their positions ASAP.
Perhaps the FTC can call in their comrades at the SEC for a little consult?
OK, I still don't quite get the "PDF Warning" BS...
It's an OPEN format, and wonderfully supoported under Linux, as U*ix is not dependent on the horrid Acrobat reader etc from Adobe.
PDFs display almost instantly, print perfectly, generated by OpenOffice etc etc...
Is it just because I ONLY use Linux at home I don't hate PDFs?
Everyone has forgotten their classic SciFi.
Nice pair of Deerskin gloves with a layer of this inside would make brass knuckles so obsolete...
After taking my meds, I now think the maze-lined-with-goodies is the technique the parent was referring to.
