You can write complicated formulas in Latex directly but it is almost impossible to do so in MathML
Bah! WHY DO YOU NEED (or WANT) to do it? MathML is a MACHINE readable language, not human readable. You are supposed to use XML->HTML translatiors to read that and translators from readable formats to XML to write it.
