Be very careful! I've been looking into building a computer specifically for playing with Xen, what I have found out is while the Intel product doc's say VT enabled chip, it isn't actually turned on yet...
Pilots should not be using GPS except as a backup to other information, if you're on an aircraft where the pilot is using GPS as a primary source of information you are in a _lot_ of trouble, get off the plane!
GPS is "selectivly available" that means whenever the people in charge of it decide to, they can _change_ the acuracy of the GPS or even _turn it off_, where is you're pilot now? Turning it off isn't so bad, it's obvious, but changing the acuracy could really cause havoc if GPS were a primary source of location information.

They are already driving into the ditch, this started off as one of the best remakes I've ever seen, but the new episodes are dropping so much bollocks on the veiwer it's not funny anymore. Take the last episode I saw, you can't tell who's a cylon, they x-ray etc the same way humans do, but the viewer is expected to belive that Sharon can cut herself, poke a fibre optic cable up her arm, and read and write data down it and save the fleet? c'mon, i'm about done with it, thanks to the hubub made on/. recently I've finally found some decent sci-fi in Firefly.

I can't see why you need a new video card to play, I bought my system just to play bf1942 ~ 3 years ago with an ati graphics card, it runs bf2 just fine.
Granted, I admit I'm not buying bf2 either due the the way they screwed us on bfv, but hell the bf2 demo was _waaay_ better than retail bfv out of the box...
Sounds great:
1) sign up for wireless and get locked into a two year contract
2) have he non-user servicable battery die on you after 12 months...
3) ????
4) Apple profits..
heh, I paid good money for Cadega to play bf1942, which is in their list of supported games, it was totally unplayable, they lied so I canned my subscription and wont be going back.

Think about the work that goes into putting out a release, you have to burn CD's etc, package them, ship them, etc. You don't do this the day of the release, you do it weeks/months before.
thats so true, I once bought one of these http://www.precision.aero/r-max.htm so that if I ever used it I'd get a free t-shirt.
My mate bought one of theses http://www.precision.aero/nitron.htm because it came with a shirt. He got really pissed when I was given the same shirt for testing one at Richmond ("THE" boogie)...
Can't say I balme him, $2k is a lot for a t-shirt.

Granted I'm a retard, I've spent over $1k on my myth box (3 tuners, 1.2TB, amd64 etc) but I have no monthy recuring fees either, so far you'll have spent over $300 or so just for guide data. So all in all nearly 1/2 the cost of my machine in total and all you can do with it is record tv, mine records radio from around the world, plays dvds, music, photos, the list goes on...

when you can opt out of the monthy fee, i'm in. again, each to their own i guess...
Why not just patent the act of applying for a patent? then you could sue anyone who applies for a patent into oblivion.

As far as I can tell AMD hasn't released their pacifica chips yet.

I don't mean to nitpick, but your spelling sucks

the correct spelling would be

You really don't understand, please do some research on kernel tainting, there is good reason the module system is the way it is.
