  1. lip syncing on Perfect Pitch for Those Without It · · Score: 1

A lot of the milli vanilli faction already lip sync to prerecorded music. Sometimes just the original track, sometimes the 'artists' will actually re-sing it so that it has a few modifications for authenticity.
So this really is simply the next step to that facade, I guess.

  2. Handspring PDAs on Palm to Buy Handspring · · Score: 1

A few weeks ago I was looking around for a PDA and found out that Handspring had actually decided to completely stop selling them and focus on phones instead. Don't know why but so the story goes.

  4. GPA on The Internship That Students Drool Over · · Score: 2, Informative

I remember from school that one of their draws was that they didn't have a minimum GPA requirement for internships (just an all day interview process that was notorious for being difficult and tiresome). A bunch of the poeple that I knew that weren't proud of their academic accomplishments tried out for internships there. A bunch of others did have high GPAs, I'm just saying that one of the things that attracted students was that they didn't require a minimum GPA

  8. Hmmmm on Craig Silverstein answers your Google questions · · Score: 1

No offense to Mr. Silverstein, but I'm much more interested in Cindy [McCaffrey]! Beautiful, highly successful nerds are terribly rare! Beautiful, Yes. Succesfull, Yes.... Nerd nope. Take a look at her quals: McCaffrey graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska, and pursued graduate studies in American Literature at Southwest Missouri State University. She began her career as a reporter and editor at daily newspapers, including The Omaha World-Herald; the Springfield (Mo.) Leader & Press; the Kansas City Business Journal; and The Contra Costa Times; and at high-tech trade publications, including Macintosh Today.
