    Every credit card processor I've used allows you to set up recurring charges. They keep the cc info so you don't have to.

    Do the math. Windows has 85-90% market share. Desktop Linux is < 1%. Even if 100% of linux users used firefox and 1% of windows users used firefox, Windows users would still outnumber Linux users.

    Firefox is basically a windows program that they slowed down with XUL shit in a half-assed attempt to be cross-platform.

    Fandroids spent the last year claiming tablets are stupid and nobody wants one. It took so long for a half-usable android tablet to come out that they started believing it.

    That and Apple has mail order, a line of retail stores, and other outlets (Best Buy, KB Toys(!), Wal*Mart, Verizon stores, AT&T stores, etc). Motorola, Samsung, HTC, etc. etc, have traditionally sold only through telcos and only after the telco lobotomizes it.

    I had a different issue on an online one a few years back. One of the questions I missed involved whether a rectangle was square or not. I went back afterwards with a ruler and an image editor. Counting the pixels, it was square, but measured with a ruler, it wasn't due to my monitor's rectangular (non-square) pixels.

    Don't forget LaserDiscs. Unlike DVDs, they didn't compress the audio or video. If you want to watch the Star Wars trilogy (before George Lucas butchered it), LD (or an LD rip) is the only option.

    The restaurants aren't delivering it for free. The price includes the cost of cooking, delivering, etc.

    Compare the price of a "free delivery" pizza to the price of raw pizza ingredients and delivery from the grocery store.

    Some state laws also specify a tolerance -- sometimes no ticket, sometimes a ticket but no points on your license.
