    I'm not sympathetic to unconstitutional searches of phones, computers, cars, vaginas, houses, etc, but you need to think that through a little more.

    Scenario A: police find evidence that a man is a serial killer, but they are unable to use it (fruit of the tainted tree or whatnot).

    Scenario B: police sit around with their thumb up their ass while a serial killer rampages with reckless abandon.

    In scenario A, they can still find untainted evidence and have a starting point.

    In scenario B, their thumbs smell like shit.

    I've never seen an OS-X application minimize when you click the close button. Neither Pages nor Word work that way. Which word processors are you referring to?

    The population of New Orleans dropped 30% from 2000 to 2010. The population of the listed refugee sites has increased. Ok, maybe they moved from one end of the island to the other, but the same population increase occurred for specific cities that were listed.

    Probably. Unless you were planning on buying a few thousand of them a month. Many people were aware of them (as the were quite popular in their heyday). But if smart phones and digital cameras can also take movies that are just as good, why buy a dedicated, mediocre, video camera?

    here is the 2010 tax table. $100,000 in taxable income comes out to $21,000 for a single filer. If you're paying $10,000 in taxes, then your taxable income is $55,000 (or $70,000 if married). a $100,000 salary with 1 exemption and a standard deduction pays $19,098 in federal taxes.
