It's weird what stuff gets edited sometimes. You'd think it'd just be dirty words but a lot of times its some weird phrase of implied violence, like "colt 45" or "can of gas and handful of matches." Sorry but even if you edit out the weapons, I still know someone is getting shot or someone is getting their house burned down.
I always thought of CDs as new and cool when I was growing up, I didn't realize that they're only slightly younger than I am (I was born in Feb of 82). It's kind of ironic though that in the last 5 years I've bought way more vinyl records than I have CDs.
It's funny how people get so worked up about Pluto not being a planet. The fact is that it should have never been a planet in the first place. Scientists did a similar thing back in the 1800s when the decided not to call all of the asteroids between Jupiter and Mars planets. If we kept calling Pluto a planet, then we'd have to add all the other Kuiper belt objects. There's a very good Scientific American article here that explains the whole thing. If you're still crying about Pluto not being a planet you should probably read it.
A very good point. A simple lifestyle change in this case would probably make a huge difference but instead we're trying to find a solution that doesn't require any major effort on the user end. This seems to be the case with a lot of enviornmental issues.
I've had my first generation 12" powerbook since February of 2003 and it's still going strong. I've never had any problems with it, and I've dropped it once and I don't take very good care of it. I've also got a first generation iPod that still works great to this day (battery life is another issue though).
There's much, much more. The Pimp missions require you to save your hos from rough customers! They should be praising this game not calling for it's boycott!
All these people boasting about security flaws on various system, especially OS X seem to make it sound like you'll just be checking your email one day and all of the sudden BAMM! OH TEH NOES SOMEONE HAS ROOT ON MY SYSTEM AHHH!!! Just like with windows you need to be doing something that will put you at risk for someone to exploit this vulnerability.
And I'd futher like to point out that if you glanced to the left of the page you would have seen that it says, very clearly:
"The ChatterBox Video Game Radio show airs weekly from KFNX 1100AM in Phoenix, Arizona."
Actually, they are a real radio show, they also podcast their on air show as well. They aired a clip of the interview on their show but haven't aired the entire thing, since it has to be edited down first because the interview is longer than their show.
That's slightly misleading, since you have to use one of each of those to connect the unit to the mac mini and use those ports as a hub. Still seems pretty neat though. 2 firewire ports can be very handy.
Doesn't work on your mac? Thats strange, my brother used to have a Rio 600 and used it with his mac all the time. iTunes should have no problem connecting to it, unless they've dropped support for it.

I really hope you don't buy a new computer every time you have a software problem.

Dvorak isn't pro-PC so much as he's anti-Mac.
Of all the people to cite...geeze. This is the guy who blamed XP's idle process for taking up all his system resources.
Well, no one said it because it's not true. You may want to look into that one again.
It's actually a pretty good show, I listen to the podcast all the time. And I think you meant "One Station!"

Didn't know he was against video game violence, I thought he just liked to play folky pop music.
Nor is Bill Gates the richest man on the planet.
Beat me to the joke.
I was going to use my mod points on this but there was no mod option for "just plain dumb."
I don't know about that. I read the article, and unless his wit is extremely dry, he's pretty serious.
I use dvorak you insensitive clod!

Damn, that makes me feel old. I guess I should keep my RIO 500 then, which BTW still works great and still has one of the best MP3 player UIs.
Whats the release date on that now? 2020?
blah blah blah, I'm cool because I diss apple! Weeee!
