    No one wants a windows computer you can only install software from the microsoft store. Dell would be stupid to not seriously consider Linux offerings especially since they no longer have to pander to shareholders and things like Steam on Linux is gaining momentum.

    No, governments should lend money when it is in the public interest. Making low interest loans to students allows them to get good degrees and get much better jobs. They then make much much higher wages, typically get in less trouble, and pay many multiples back in taxes over the course of their lives. Low interest rate loans to students are the single best return on investment a government can make.

    the movie killer in Colorado rigged his apartment with explosives and they were only not set off because he told the cops. I would much rather focus resources on solutions that prevent all kinds of spree killing attacks, but go ahead and ignore the root problem, the mentally ill are not getting help when they cry out for it.
