Get these people, we will call them police, to patrol where these accidents occur and give tickets to people who behave recklessly. That way the people who get the ticket cannot weasel out of it by saying the automated system is not reliable and is just being used to make money and if there is an actual problem these "police" can be there to help!
all the crap that consoles bring with them makes me wonder why people bother with them at all. Games are stale from the limited hardware, and it looks like consoles are finally dying.
and what if a car hits this elevated bus, which seems a lot more likely than conventional rail. It is not like a regular bus and all the buses would be affected.
It is not really the property of the telcos, it already belongs to the American People. Problem solved. And Net Neutrality is not about changing anything, it is to prevent a corporate take over of the internet. Net Neutrality is to keep the status quo.
and you have the right to face your accuser so you can get out of these tickets pretty easily. If everyone would start to fight them in court the amount of money to run them at a loss would get rid of them pretty quickly.
the real problem is microsoft is a marketing driven company that is trying to squeeze a nickel out of and make everyone else happy except the person actually using the phone. If they would just concentrate on the end Customer and quit trying to make the all these other groups happy that have no other agenda, but to degrade the phone (with drm, etc) they would be more successful.
this is the same problem as DRM. Business want to earn big profits, but have taken their eye off of making their Customers happy. You can really understand this as many of these businesses are completely mystified why Valve's Steam is so popular when it is very clearly providing services that Customers want.
One of the first things people need to understand about Net Neutrality is that it is to keep the internet like it is today and prevent a corporate take over of the internet. If you hate convoluted phone bills and crap cable tv plans then you support Net Neutrality.
read Mythical Man Month. If you do you will discover that most successful software projects have one central strong lead. An analogy would be if you are having surgery would you want 5 surgeons in charge of it, all with different opinions and arguing while you are on the table on how to do it?
there is also a problem with perception. There were great sales with the Humble Indie Bundle (over $1 million in sales). If like the riaa you think that every copy out there would have been purchased if there was no other way to obtain it, that is just stupid. Many people are not going to buy it no matter what even if they can get it no other way.
the companies that support the riaa just want money so make sure you check riaaradar.com to make sure the music you buy does not help a company that supports the riaa. While they continue to waste their money on lawyers stick it to them one lost sell at a time.

If Net Neutrality is not preserved then it won't matter. The internet will be fragmented and so will the information on it.
except for the patriot act that allows spying with no judge over sight. The patriot act not patriotic.
maybe the NYT is really part of the story here.
if your inclined to tinker and think $24 per month is a rip off and would rather pay $0.02 per minute.

they can want that, but it does not make it any less a violation of your Constitutional Rights.

regulation of ISPs to prevent them implementing policies that limit how data flows on the internet is not really that big a concept to understand.

Stale hardware leads to stale (and non-competitive) games. Companies are starting to realize it.

you must not have a phone or cable tv.

Value went the make their Customers happy route with Team Fortress 2 and the game is still selling today.

You like Steam because it is a service that does things you want, not because of DRM

purchase music, just check riaaradrar.com first to avoid any money going to companies that support the riaa
radio is becoming increasingly irrelevant thanks to the internet
and most important, IQ does not consider if they get stuff done.
