    The judge should be removed from the bench and the prosecutor should be disbarred. This is blatant abuse of the judicial process, and both are either complicit or incompetent, and either one should warrant their removal from their respective offices.

    They paid back the TARP with money they got from quietly selling illiquid MBSs to the Federal Reserve.

    So, yes, the Treasury got paid back. But now there is a bunch more junk on the Fed's balance sheet that will eventually have to be written down.
    But Goldman came out OK, so that's nice.
