And I thought Stargate Atlantis was poor... Well, it still is poor, and this was just plain shit. I stopped watching after two episodes it was so bad. I'm glad it's gone. Now, with a void someone may be want to fill the void with something of quality.
Or at least I'll see re-runs of Babylon 5.
I love to wait for my system to boot up. I can have a cup of joe. Eat a bagel. Perhaps even raise a kid or two. What will I do with all of my spare time if they did this?
And bottles of French wine should be made to contain real wine rather than that strange liquid that they export to the states.
Come on now. What gives these people the right to dictate that any product made must be designed to be inferior, like French products?
How stupid can they be? We all know that below the crust of the earth are were all of the mutated monsters live.
Hasn't any one watched those old Japanese movies lately?
I tried out several of these and while the mouse was okay, a bit difficult to get use to the keyboard sucked, dropping too many keystrokes.
Besides known problems ( check out their websites) with certain production problems, try dialing their phone numbers. When I tried to reach support, sales, or any of the phone numbers, none of the numbers were receiving inbound phone calls. In addition, the "on-line live chat" doesn't work.
There was even a 'special number' to call if you had bought on of their known defective devices, which didn't work.
So, no sales support, no customer support. No deal. This item was written up in Tom's Hardware several weeks ago and sounded great for controlling my laptop remoting for viewing video.
Read the article. You probably won't want to try to use it for gaming after reading it.
I own the patent on typing URLs rather than clicking. It's patent number #1010101010, titled, "reading and writing". It covers all aspects of merging the abilities of sight, in order to read, cognitive thought, and the interfacing of the brain with any appendage to create an image representing any means of communication.
All those using such methods know who you are and should send me all of your money immediately.
Yes, this includes you McBride!!!
Just because Ralph Nader falsified, ( yes, he was convicted of falsifying the data ) the Corvair is a great car. I've owned two of them and both have out lasted my Nissan's and Toyota's by far.
Unlike the media, WierdoWood (Hollywood to those on the wacked-out coasts, and the recording industry, Americans have morals and will pay a fair price for a commodity.
I remember a few years back that I used a similator for a 3780 and SPF editor. It was extremely good and when I was put infront of the mainframe, I felt comfortable and I could work. I even got praised quite a bit for how quickly I picked up working on the mainframe. Little did they know that I had the simulator/emulator.
Sorry that I don't remember the name of the software.
Because a "company folds" does not mean that the assets of the company are up for grabs. Someone still holds the copyrights, and patents, etc. Even in a bankruptcy, someone holds the rights to the remaining assets. Assets are sold off, and some may not. Sometimes, you can pick up some cheap patents and copyrights and win big in the lawsuit game.

For us old timers, the original Adventure game has the biggest impact. Heck, there was no other game like it. It was the first to actually put "twisty little mazes" into our lives and to create an artificial world onto our computers. Long before the PC was even born.
XYZZY to you all!!!
Nothing is more f'n annoying then buying my Dell Laptop directly from Dell and having to fill out rebate information and send it back in and waiting 6-8 weeks hoping that I did everything from filling out the forms to sacrificing the lamb properly.
So HP has nothing better for their employees to do? I suppose that HP's announcement of firing 10% of its work force a head of schedule is really NOT a head of schedule.
Or should I say, here are two volunteers?
Duh? We know that people are stupid and will make mistakes such as what the article shows us by sharing an entire disk drive.
But I question who is dumber? The people paying for this "research and analysis?" The people who believe this to be a security flaw? Or the two paid hit-men who wrote it?
You got it! If you pee, you're a thief.
I wonder how Coke will feel about aiding thiefs by having their customers get up during commericals and get a coke? Wait a minute, they are the advertisers. I'm confused. Should I buy their products to enjoy with my television or shouldn't I? Should I watch only the commercials and not the show?
Dam, what contract did I sign? Liberals.
Nothing new as I see it. I've had a PVR (ReplayTV) for quite some time and I get a bit upset how Tivo claims to be revolutionary with their product. So it runs Linux. So do I. Big deal. And my dead aunt is still using Microsoft and is still waiting for customer support.
