NVIDEA makes high quality drivers as you said but MATROX puts out the same high quality level of drivers in a nice GPL package. I know my Matrox G400 works like a charm with hardware accel. xfree 4.2.0 i having nothing btu praise for matrox in the driver section... the only problem is that they cards arent fast untill the parhelia that is... i dont know about those new drivers in linux but its a nice card and i think that linux gamers should support matrox and their policy to go GPL... i mean if you get 150 fps on a parhelia and 250 on a ATI card its not like your eyes can tell the difference and i should hope linux users are smart enough to not spend money for things they cant use....
if you run a default install it works for quitew a while as i personally have had machines go for months as only a web browser... but the problem is that this is not going to be a default install... it will be highly tweaked with 3rd party software... so even if it DOES crash its the same run around that you get calling MS with Pc problems...
the patriot act erodes away at this but it doesn't do away with it... there still has to be "probable cause"... as for exactly what that is has always been debated...
invasion of privacy is not the best term here... the reason why we dont want this in the US is becasue of the 4th amendment...

I have been collecting old computer power supplies for a while now, mostly old AT style 230-250W supplies... these can be had fairly cheap if you know where to look... people throw away old computers all the time and i have been collecting the caps for SOME type of electronic gun anyway.
I have been able to get caps of usually lower voltage but higher capacitance rating so my plan will be very similar to this one. I know that to plan for a project like this is very difficult for someone who is NOT an electric engineer such as myself. I want to do this safely so while i gather the materials i am reading into how to do this right and NOT kill myself.
If anyone has any other pages on this subject i would appreciate it if you could reply so maybe i could gian some knowledge from others to do this right...

not ALL spam is bad... personally i like the low fat lite stuff... jsut as in this case its not so bad... spam is only bad when its heavy and all over the place... when spam fills up your mailbox its a bad thing... when you only get a few unsolicited mailings then its not so bad... in a project like this contacting the maximum amount of people is critical and this is one of the few emails i would notmind getting...
you cant... sorry but they only have a few hundred citizens and they dont accept applications... this hasn't stopped anyone from trying... thousands of people have tried to gain duel citizenship with sealand but they jsut dont have a country of govt that can support it...

i am 16 years old with a bank account, a credit card, a job, and all the regular "proof" you need to exist in the US and i cant get a paypal account... this really makes it difficult because i can lie on ebay and say im 18 without TOO much of a problem... ebay doesn't seem to care... but am i going to lie to paypal right after i give them my checking account info, my debit card number, my social securituy number, blood type, and urine sample... dont think so... paypal has screwed peopel over before and as a minor they cant pull some of that shit... this is why they dont want me using their service... if i get screwed my parents are the ones who can get in there and can say stuff like they arent allowed to take my money... paypal is crap anyway so im going to look into this nochex.com... thanks
we in the US also have had digital tv for a while... the difference is that when it comes to gouging consumers to get money the MPAA has a "better late than never" attitude...
the problem with this is that the people who DO go in spaceships must be in top physical health... if someone has the flu they might not get to go... unfortunaly leaving someone behind in space seems to be a convenient way to deal with the return flight its not a very realistic one... nice thought (well not THAT nice) but sorry it wont work...

if i ever find one of these files on p2p i will delete it immediatly and message the user telling them to do the same... if we can keep it off most comptuers than people wont be fooled as much...

why wont they download?... because many users of p2p are on a-symetric connections or modems or just plain dont have enough bandwidth to provide for the whole world... this user's bandwidth is being taken up by uploading bogus files...
so not only can you not use the p2p network in a legit way but you also receive damages... if these bogus files become more common than overall bandwidth usage goes up... as it is now i usually only have to download 1 or 2 files to get a song i need... now with Overpeer i may need to download 3-4 fiels before i get the one i want... my isp gets the bill but you know a business wont just take a loss like that...
so really this is not just blocking illegal activity... its an all out attack on p2p and even every home users broadband connection...
water cooling... huge fans... blowers... suckers... better power supplies... ram heat sinks... video card cooling mods... BIOS tweaks... NEW BIOS... higher quality round cables...
there are plenty of ways to mod your computer to go faster...
lights and windows are like the old mods donre to hot rods tomakethem look good... we have all the same things... shiny engines... paint jobs... decals... all that stuff...
