In theory I agree with you, about the fair trial at least. Really though, if someone takes credit for murdering over 3 thousand people and brags about it numerous times on video and claims to hopefully slaughter many, many more in the future........can we not presume that he's guilty? How much doubt is there really? As for the rest of your invective I can't say if OBL had a weapon or not. Somehow I doubt that he didn't have one available. Regardless though, I don't really miss the son of a bitch one little bit. To have dragged his ass back to the US and put him on trial would have been such a huge mistake. I can just see him using the trial as a stage for more of his justifying why it's a good thing to kill innocent people for allah. I so agree with President Obama on this one.

Why bother really? If you like OS X for some of the really great software that works so well on it you'd be terribly disappointed trying to run it on such a low power setup. If you just want it for a cheap carry around system linux is perfect, if you just HAVE to be tied to MS then XP would probably be okay. I installed iAtkos S3V2 on my dell a few months back to play with Snow Leopard and while it worked well, really fast on my Core2Duo T4400, I eventually just wiped it and went back to Ubuntu. Frankly I like linux better. On low power systems linux really shines.

I've heard the suicide thing before but I'm not so sure they didn't have help. It hardly matters though. No one really misses his ass any more than Bin Laden and Sad Hussein. Truly it's not an eye for an eye as he can never repay for all his evil. As I said I don't feel happiness over this, just satisfaction that at last the evil son of a bitch is dead.

You're absolutely wrong. It is a Republic, a representational government. If you look at the US congress you see the US citizenry. Weak, corrupt, dishonest, self centered, exactly like the people they represent. Don't leave out ignorant and greedy either. I guess you could call it an idiocracy. I looked at the last presidential election with despair. Obama and Biden vs. McCain and Palin. It makes me sick to think about it even now. This is the best either party has to offer us. The best they have. Think on that. Then turn on the TV and watch all the mental drivel that passes for entertainment. People actually watch that stuff. It's depressing.

Now I'm sure their employees pay taxes and I can't speak to what they pay in State or Local taxes but for federal it was a big zero. Don't know about the tax credit thing however.
