I'll admit if I was a games junky I wouldn't use linux....I'd use a playstation. I'm sure you love windoze and all it's yummy malware goodness but I think you're a blatant liar about how many crashes you've seen on linux. I haven't seen a single system lockup since the 2.6 kernel and I doubt a windoze fanboy that can't find any decent linux software runs linux often enough to see "plent" of linux crashes. I call bullshit.

Personally I think the best way to upgrade windoze is buy a new system with it pre-loaded.

Go ahead and rationalize it all you want. Children are not developed enough for sexual activity, particularly with adults. Society deems the act bad because it is bad. You think you want a society modelled after Roman decadence? Really? Go ahead...buy an island somewhere and start your own country. Molest your own children. I can rationalize as well as you. If you were to molest one of my grand children I could cheerfully slit your throat (firearms aren't personal enough for such revenge) and I bet my rationalizations would sit better with a jury than yours.

The reason people do things like watch television or tweet or text while behind the wheel is because they aren't afraid. They don't believe anything can happen to them. The punishment for this kind of thing should be severe. After all, they put all on the road at risk with this behavior. If the punishment actually reflected the crime then more might become cautious. I think reckless endangerment would be a good charge. A year or two in prison for subjecting their fellow motorists to the risk of loosing life and limb seems appropriate.

Money is pissed away by DOD like you wouldn't believe. I shudder sometimes at the huge amounts of money I see foolishly wasted...with no repercussions to the people who made the bad decisions. In fact often the most ineffective managers get the most promotions and awards. Thinking of these same people running my healthcare fills me with dread.
