Its not trademarking colors its the theme that is being used. I mean look at the page it looks like a whole t-mobile add. Plus They are known for magenta. I am sure Victoria secret would have something to say if ford started to make a pink car that said "Think Pink" on it in a like font. I see both sides, also lets not forget the Johnson & Johnson v. Red Cross of something not too far from this. http://www.redcross.org/pressrelease/0,1077,0_314_6907,00.html

SUN already has something like this, a data center in a truck contrainer. This seems like a pretty bad idea though. I would like to have my data centers in a place that doesnt rise and fall with the cycle of the moon. (that's a joke about tides people)

I like the parties idea. I just want to make a couple more comments.. First of all Linux is not a programming language. Also there is nothing wrong with java, the problem is that 80% of the people that code java don't know what they are doing. I think it's much better to know 1 or 2 languages very well, then knowing 10 of the very bad. Learn how to use memory well with java, and how to make your app multi threaded. These sound like simple ideas but, everyday I run into cases where people code like they have no idea what they are doing :(

Why do the Hammers want that spectrum. What range is g3? I know it has to be higher them 1900mhz so your looking at a range of 1 miles, and will not do hammers any good.

Yeah I don't think hes telling the truth about being married. I would just big up some old P-1 box and run a LEAF + Bering. Its a great firewall that runs off or a floppy no hard drive needed. Plus if you get a REALTek powered NIC its ever cheaper. I run my firewall with a full DMZ and one wireless network from a leaf. The whole thing cost me just under 200 bucks and that is with the PCI wireless card I turned into a AP.

Im not 100% about this, but from what I have been told, the military uses the G3 radio range that is needed for full G3. On the other hand though Voicestream has allready rolled out its GPRS system nationwide. AT&T has done it a few markets, but they are still upgareding to GSM1900, so they are far off from a complete roll out.
