Xbox fanboys piss me off too, especially the type who refuse to concede even the remotest of possibilities that the ark of gates(360) will not be the vast superior to all transistor based devices ever to be conceived. And those fags who read the MS pr peice on IGN about how much the ps3 sucks are the most annoying tumourous growths to have ever sat their globular hindquarter in front of a keyboard.
I don't think ANYONE(sane anyway) has a problem with people who have earned their fortunes, ethically. But the ill will is ussually directed at people born into wealth, or those who aquire it through illegal(even civilly illegal) means, or in ventures that are popularly accepted as being "bad" (such as excessively harming people or the environment). Please don't spread your utopian capitalist dellusions, the system isn't designed to make everybody responsible retire comfortably, it's not even a minor goal of the system.
What does Iraq have to do with WMD's? And religious zealots in the bible belt are already actively destroying eastern civilization, with bombs, and have even done a media test about the use of atomic bombs(tactical nukes anyone). Overall you took down a country that wasn't harbouring those evil terrorists (try saudi arabia and pakistan next time), and created many more violent enemies(ala batman syndrome).
But logically, even in the possesion of a medium sized militia, guns cannot defend against the government _anymore_. Unless jet fighters with large yeild missles and other war machines and weaponry were to become legal, the gun rights are pointless wrt defending from the govt. It's become a symbol to keep some illusion of a check against the govt. , it no longer really is. Now you can say the gun laws are still meaningful for self-defense from other citizens, but that isn't the constitutional argument.
But what about the issue of suing the sysadmins instead of the company? Actually, I hope the BSA starts suing/fining the actual employees too, that way alot less business would use windows;)

I've done very well at large chess tournaments in the past by performing really wacky, yet safe, openings, works especially well against the type that like to approach the game like a science by reading books and memorizing openings etc. The less conscious parsing of chess, and the more intuitive parsing, the more magical your skills become! Sucks I haven't played in so many years, all the chess engines available for linux can kick my ass at the hardest settings, but I'm hoping with some practice I can regains my skills.
And which laws, criminal or civil, fully or partially, account for frame-ups anyway? Innocent until proven guilty isn't exactly a well implemented doctrine;)
So you're saying the millions(yes millions) of desktop(yes desktop) linux users today will switch to OSX and desktop linux will die? Not likely. Remeber those google zeitgeist OS stats? There are nearly as many desktop linux users today as mac users, and the momentum is great, and the attitudes of you mac fanboys have turned us far away from the mac.
I'm betting apple will design their intel platform to be compatible enough to run windows apps via wine or something. Imagine being able to play windows games(many anyway) fullspeed on OSX. I wonder if apple has been trying to go intel for years but MS stopped intel from making a deal, and now that the xbox360 is using IBM, intel had to break with MS a bit.

I have one of the affected units but I don't want to trade it in for the zire21, an expansion slot is necessary for me. I wish someone could confirm for me what type of replacement they would give me.
Umm, for something called LinuxFund, wouldn't NeoOffice/J be a little innapropriate? From the Neoffice webpage:

Exactly, there is no intelligent discussion to be had about which new console will be more powerful, and any comparisons being done right now should "out" that person as a blatant fanboy.

My bad, apparently I do have an m125. I thought the m125 was colour screened and forgot about the m130.
